★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento extremamente lento. Levei quase 2 horas para fazer uma ficha. Recepção até que atenciosa, mas o processo ineficaz. Sem visibilidade da ordem de atendimento, vc fica aguardando e nada acontece. Muito ruim mesmo. É para quem tem paciência para aguardar.
Extremely slow service. It took me almost 2 hours to make a record. Reception was rather attentive, but the process was ineffective. Without visibility of the service order, you are waiting and nothing happens. Really bad. It is for those who have the patience to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltei meu trabalho hoje dia 21/12 para uma consulta com neuro para meu filho de 6 anos ,vamos lá pediram que eu chegasse 7H para pegar número fiz o cadastro ,onde a atendente pediu que eu voltasse hás 9:20 retornei para casa e voltei no horário marcado fiquei esperando de 9:20 até 10:20 e a médica não apareceu.
Sendo assim foi uma indicação muito boa ela tem ótimas referências, mas falta informação da Dr ou da parte da clínica, resumo de tudo perdi um dia de trabalho e o mas importante meu filho ficou sem atendimento, obrigado multiclinicas pela atenção e serviço prestado o pior de todos pago bradesco há 24 anos vocês foram os piores
I missed my job today on 12/21 for a neuro appointment for my 6 year old son, let's go there they asked me to arrive at 7:00 am to get the number I registered, where the attendant asked me to come back at 9:20 I returned home and came back at the appointed time I waited from 9:20 am to 10:20 am and the doctor did not show up.
So it was a very good indication, she has great references, but there is no information from the Dr or from the clinic, summary of everything I lost a day of work and the most important thing, my son was left unattended, thank you multiclinics for the attention and service provided. of all paid bradesco for 24 years you were the worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento o neuropediatra estava marcado para aa 10hrs meu filho que tem autismo leve começou ficou irritado no ambiente pela espera da consulta era 10hrs da manhã Dr Tereza era 10:45 a médica ainda não tinha chegado para iniciar o atendimento médica sem comprometimento com os pacientes principalmente com crianças que precisam de atendimento neurológico. Meu filho ficou completamente nervoso. Uma clínica privada que que não da atendimento adequado para os pacientes muitos são tratados com descaso. Liguei pra plano de saúde do meu filho que o Bradesco fiz reclamação da clinica e a falta de comprometimento de horário da neuropediatra com as crianças. Fui até recipionistas cancelei a consulta motivo já 11 hrs da manhã e nada médica. O atendente é péssimo minha nota para clinica 0.
Terrible care the neuropediatrician was scheduled for 10:00 am My son who has mild autism started getting irritated in the environment because he waited for the appointment it was 10:00 am Dr Tereza it was 10:45 the doctor had not yet arrived to start medical care without commitment to the patients especially with children who need neurological care. My son was completely nervous. A private clinic that does not provide adequate care for many patients are treated with neglect. I called my son's health plan that Bradesco complained about the clinic and the neuropediatrician's lack of time commitment with the children. I went to the receptionists and canceled the appointment because it was already 11 am and nothing medical. The attendant is terrible, my grade for clinic 0.
