★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica tem uma boa estrutura física, porém, tem os seguintes aspectos NEGATIVOS:
- Atendimento difícil, pois é apenas uma pessoa para dar conta de tudo (telefone, whatsapp, presencial) e ai é uma demora sem fim;
- Demora de muitos dias para ter retorno sobre coisas simples, como agendamento de exames e consultas, por exemplo;
- O telefone quase sempre está fora do gancho e nas raras vezes que chama, ninguém atende;
- A climatização é péssima. Fica muito quente na sala de espera.
The clinic has a good physical structure, however, it has the following NEGATIVES:
- Difficult service, as there is only one person to handle everything (telephone, whatsapp, in person) and there is an endless delay;
- It takes many days to get feedback on simple things, such as scheduling exams and appointments, for example;
- The phone is almost always off the hook and the rare times it calls, no one answers;
- The air conditioning is bad. It gets very hot in the waiting room.
