★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buscava um nutrologo esportivo e tive a sorte de encontrar a Dra Caroline que realizou a melhor consulta entre todos os médicos que já passou nessa especialidade. Médica com vasto conhecimento e responsável. Passou inúmeras opções que nunca tinha visto com nenhum outro médico. Assim ficou fácil atingir meus objetivos. Recomendo!
 I was looking for a sports nutrologist and was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Caroline who made the best consultation among all the doctors who have passed this specialty. Physician with vast knowledge and responsibility. He passed countless options he had never seen with any other doctor. It was thus easy to achieve my goals. I recommend!

A consulta foi virtual, mas nos sentimos acolhidos e todas as dúvidas esclarecidas, como um bate-papo pessoalmente. Adorei a médica, o atendimento da clínica e não largo de vocês por nada. Sintam-se abraçadas.
I want to register here the excellent service we had from Dr. Gabriela (Pediatrician). The consultation was virtual, but we felt welcomed and all doubts answered, like a personal chat. I loved the doctor, the clinic attendance and I won't leave you for anything. Feel embraced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por duas vezes marquei a consulta e confirmei a presença. Mas eles desmarcaram e disseram que não fiz agendamento, apesar de ter prints das conversas. O bom do livre mercado é que existe concorrência.
Enfim, não recomendo pela falta de consideração com o cliente.
I made an appointment twice and confirmed my presence. But they deselected and said that I did not make an appointment, despite having prints of the conversations. The good thing about the free market is that there is competition.
Anyway, I do not recommend it for the lack of consideration with the customer.

Extremamente responsável e cuidadosa com todos os pacientes, como se tivesse cuidando de um parente próximo. É uma raridade encontrar profissionais confiáveis assim hoje em dia.
Excellent clinic. Super helpful and friendly receptionists. Dr. Caroline Cunha de Oliveira is easily the best nutritionist in the region. Extremely responsible and careful with all patients, as if caring for a close relative. It is a rarity to find such reliable professionals today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica preocupada com o monetário. Cobram 350,00 pela consulta com direito a retorno em um periodo de 15 dias, o que inviabiliza seu retorno ja que parte dos exames solicitados pelo profissional demoram mais de trinta dias para ficar pronto.
O mais lamentável é a comunicação falha. Embora eu tenha concordado com a regra do tal retorno, no dia do retorno de minha consulta tive um imprevisto e antes de remarcar entrei em contato com a clinica para perguntar se existia a possibilidade de remarcar minha consulta. Fui informada que nao teria problema algum mas nao fui informada do onus que seria causado pela remarcação.
Quando questionei fui informada de que se o retorno fosse em 30 dias, ele cobrariam em meu retorno apenas 100,00 reais (informação essa que foi ocultada até então). Mas como meu retorno foi em 31 dias, eu teria que pagar pelo retorno 350,00, ou seja, a consulta que vc acredita ser 350,00 sai por 700,00. Tentei argumentar na tentativa de ver se o bom senso prevalecia mas eles foram intolerantes e inflexíveis e eu fiquei sem retorno. São péssimos em relacionamento, e a relação uma via de mão única. Preferem perder clientes em potencial do que flexibilizar. O que mais me entristece é que minha consulta ja foi remarcada por eles, mas eu não pude remarcar a minha sem sofrer uma punição.
Clinic concerned with money. They charge 350.00 for the consultation with the right to return within a period of 15 days, which makes your return unfeasible since part of the exams requested by the professional take more than thirty days to be ready.
Most regrettable is the failure of communication. Although I agreed with the rule of such return, on the day I returned from my appointment I had an unforeseen event and before rescheduling I contacted the clinic to ask if there was a possibility of rescheduling my appointment. I was informed that I would have no problem but I was not informed of the burden that would be caused by the rescheduling.
When I asked, I was informed that if the return was within 30 days, they would charge only 100.00 reais on my return (this information has been hidden until then). But as my return was in 31 days, I would have to pay for the return 350.00, that is, the consultation that you believe to be 350.00 comes out for 700.00. I tried to argue in trying to see if common sense prevailed but they were intolerant and inflexible and I was left with no return. They are terrible at relationships, and the relationship is a one-way street. They prefer to lose potential customers than to make them more flexible. What saddens me most is that my appointment was already rescheduled by them, but I couldn't reschedule mine without suffering a punishment.
