★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha consulta marcada com o médico Dr. Moacir, Fisiatra da clínica dia 06/02/21 as 10h para minha filha de 03 anos. Apesar da clínica não ligar para confirmar a consulta antes eu liguei no dia da consulta as 8h40 confirmando. Em momento nenhum fui informada referente a não ter tolerância de atraso. Cheguei as 10h10m e vi o médico manobrando o carro, a clinica ligou para o médico avisando que eu havia chego e este não retornou para clínica, dizendo que não havia tolerância para atrasos. Um descaso total como cliente/paciente e com o ser humano. Não indico a clínica, pois não tem respeito nenhum com as pessoas, além da falta de organização.
 I had an appointment with the doctor Dr. Moacir, Physiatrist at the clinic on 02/06/21 at 10am for my 03 year old daughter. Although the clinic does not call to confirm the appointment before, I called on the day of the appointment at 8:40 am confirming. At no time was I informed about not having a delay tolerance. I arrived at 10:10 am and saw the doctor maneuvering the car, the clinic called the doctor saying that I had arrived and he did not return to the clinic, saying that there was no tolerance for delays. Total neglect as a client / patient and with the human being. I do not recommend the clinic, as it has no respect for people, other than the lack of organization.

Liguei semana passada para agendar primeira avaliação de terapia ocupacional, ficou agendado para dia 11/08, na semana seguinte entrei em contato para antecipar e me informam que não atendem o plano da prevent para Terapia Ocupacional e ainda não tem nada registrado no sistema.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!
I called last week to schedule the first occupational therapy assessment, it was scheduled for 08/11, the following week I contacted them to anticipate and they inform me that they do not meet the preventive plan for Occupational Therapy and still have nothing registered in the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar não tem nenhuma fachada ou placa indicando ser ali uma clínica. Tem que ir pelo número do prédio.
Os fisioterapeutas são excelentes profissionais, pra mim é o que vale a pena.
Os aparelhos/cadeiras/ e toda estrutura usada nos tratamentos precisam de manutenção.
The place has no facade or sign indicating that it is a clinic. You have to go by the building number.
Physical therapists are excellent professionals, for me it's what's worth it.
The appliances/chairs/and all the structures used in the treatments need maintenance.

fiz os exames pedidos e vai demorar 3 meses pra eu passar com o medico pra mostrar ....
