★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, não passa as informações todas ficam passando por pedaços no dia do procedimento, ou seja depois que efetuei o pagamento, super insatisfeita ,sinto que o tratamento não seguiu as regras como tem que ser .achei o corpo clínico muito mercenário e cobram o mesmo valor numa segunda tentativa, não mim explicaram nada do procedimento só fiquei sabendo na hora por outra paciente. O médico dizia que eu tinha muita chance que estava tudo bem ,e quando não deu certo veio falar da minha idade 41 anos , quando o mesmo dizia que tem paciente de 56 anos e 41 estava ótimo, mais de 30.000,00 perdidos.
Não recomendo para nada, péssimo.

I found the clinical staff very mercenary and they charge the same value on a second attempt, they didn't explain anything about the procedure to me, I just found out at the time from another patient. The doctor said that I had a good chance that everything was fine, and when it didn't work out he came to talk about my age 41 years old, when he said that he has a patient who is 56 years old and 41 was fine, more than 30,000.00 lost.
I don't recommend it for anything, terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com o Dr Fábio e a sua equipe superou as minhas expectativas. Vim de fora fazer esse tratamento aqui em Fortaleza e não poderia ter escolhido um melhor médico. Humano, atencioso e um expert naquilo que faz. Nunca tive nenhum problema de comunicação com o médico e a sua equipe. Sempre me responderam com prontidão e atenção. A única coisa que tenho a sugerir à clínica é criar um sistema de assinatura e documentação digitalizada para facilitar a vida de seus clientes. Tipo um sistema DocSign. Principalmente para aqueles que moram fora e fica mais complicado assinar papel e fazer envio de forma manual. Fora isso a nossa experiência foi nota 1000. Obrigada!
My experience with Dr Fábio and his team exceeded my expectations. I came from abroad for this treatment here in Fortaleza and I could not have chosen a better doctor. Humane, attentive and an expert in what he does. I never had any communication problems with the doctor and his team. They always responded promptly and attentively. The only thing I have to suggest to the clinic is to create a digital signature and documentation system to make life easier for its clients. Like a DocSign system. Especially for those who live abroad and it becomes more complicated to sign paper and send it manually. Other than that, our experience was a 1000. Thank you!
