★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no horário agendado a médica não estava, ninguém ligou desmarcando,na raiva disse que não passaria mais com a Dr.liliane , remarcaram com outra,aí depois perguntei se a agenda da Dr Liliane estava com meu horário,falaram que não tinha como me disse pq a agenda fica com ela e ela estava " incomunicável" duas semanas sem ir na clínica que voltaria dia 4 , que falariam com ela e me davam retorno,agora me diz como uma pessoa que está incomunicável,coloca outra pessoa no meu horário se não estava sabendo de nada por está incomunicável
I went at the scheduled time the doctor was not, nobody called unchecking, in anger said that would not pass with Dr.liane, rescheduled with another, then asked if the schedule of Dr Liliane was with my schedule, said that there was no way said because the schedule stays with her and she was "incommunicado" two weeks without going to the clinic that would come back on the 4th, who would talk to her and give me feedback, now tell me how a person who is incommunicado, puts someone else on my schedule if I was not aware of anything because it is incommunicado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa estrutura, e acredito que tenha bons profissionais!! Avalio pela fonoaudióloga Cláudia, que é uma ótima profissional, meu filho teve ótimos resultados pela ajuda dela, agora ele só não quer se empenhar mais pq gosta muito dela e não quer deixar de ir nas sessões.
Good structure, and believe it has good people !! Evaluate the speech therapist Claudia, who is a great professional, my son had great results for her help, now he just does not want to do more 'cause a lot like her and do not want to let go of the sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para saber se atende o convenio bradesco saude, e me disseram que sim, mas pela idade do meu filho (4 anos) precisaria ficar na lista de espera.
Se for para ficar na lista de espera passo no sus.
Decepcionada.
I called to see if it meets the bradesco health agreement, and I was told that yes, but due to my son's age (4 years) I would need to be on the waiting list.
If I am going to stay on the waiting list, I will go to Sus.
Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tenho elogios para a clínica, são todos maravilhosos, a clínica é confortável, arrumada, o pessoal da recepção sempre muito simpáticos e sempre ajudando, tudo muito transparente com os pacientes/responsáveis, agora a Dra. Rosa (Fonoaudióloga) é surreal de tão incrível, minha filha (TEA) passa com ela, a Rosa é maravilhosa, ela trabalha junto com a família pra alcançar ótimos resultados, ela faz um trabalho maravilhoso, recomendo de olhos fechados <3
I can only praise the clinic, they are all wonderful, the clinic is comfortable, tidy, the reception staff are always very friendly and always helping, everything is very transparent with the patients/guardians, now Dr. Rosa (Speech Therapist) is so surreal amazing, my daughter (TEA) spends with her, Rosa is wonderful, she works with her family to achieve great results, she does a wonderful job, I recommend it with her eyes closed <3
