★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!! Não recomendo mesmo! A Clínica fica cheia, fui atendida só depois de 40 minutos. E fui atendida na recepção com ignorância e má vontade. E tem mais, o resultado do exame simples de admissão não sai na mesma hora, só depois de 1 dia, pois são médicos diferentes que avaliam. Não recomendo!
 Terrible attendance!! I really don't recommend it! The Clinic is full, I was attended only after 40 minutes. And I was met at reception with ignorance and ill will. What's more, the result of the simple admission exam does not come out at the same time, only after 1 day, as different doctors evaluate it. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo mostrando o comprovante de agendamento não fui atendida. Enquanto esperava, vi várias pessoas tendo o mesmo problema; o que minimamente mostra que o problema está no sistema de agendamento e não com as empresas que tentam realizar seus exames no local.
Se ao menos eles fossem educados com os pacientes, e tentassem resolver o problema já seria uma melhora. Infelizmente empatia e bom atendimento ao público não é algo que eles demonstram ter.
Caso o péssimo atendimento viesse apenas de uma pessoa eu compreenderia que poderia se tratar de questões pessoais que nos afetam diariamente, mas realmente o atendimento foi igualmente ruim vindo da clínica em geral.
Even showing the proof of appointment I was not answered. While waiting, I saw several people having the same problem; which minimally shows that the problem is with the scheduling system and not with the companies that try to carry out their exams on site.
If only they were polite to the patients, and tried to solve the problem, it would be an improvement. Unfortunately empathy and good service to the public is not something they show to have.
If the bad service came from just one person, I would understand that it could be personal issues that affect us daily, but really the service was just as bad coming from the clinic in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito total com o seu tempo. Cheguei na clínica para fazer um simples exame A.S.O. às 08:10 e agora são 11:43, ainda não fui atendido, provavelmente completarei 4 horas esperando. Recebi um e-mail para chegar entre 07:00 e 08:30. Eu NUNCA MAIS PISO AQUI, nem se me pagaram. Quem tiver a oportunidade de fazer o exame em outro local, façam em outro local.
Total disregard for your time. I arrived at the clinic to do a simple A.S.O. exam at 08:10 and now it's 11:43, I still haven't been seen, I'll probably complete 4 hours waiting. I received an email to arrive between 07:00 and 08:30. I will NEVER tread here again, not even if they paid me. If you have the opportunity to take the exam elsewhere, do it elsewhere.
