Aparentemente não fazem questão de informar quem não vai ao local presencialmente para ver o informativo minúsculo na portaria!
Opening hours only Monday to Friday in the morning!
Apparently they don't make a point of informing anyone who isn't going to the site in person to see the tiny newsletter in the lobby!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida. Estava com muito medo de fazer o exame mas Dr Alisson conduz o procedimento de forma que me tranquilizou muito. Educado atencioso e preciso. A clínica precisa melhorar em questão de facilitar a identificação do local para os pacientes, uma placa maior por exemplo. Fui atendida no horário.
I was very well taken care of. I was too scared to do the exam but Dr Alisson conducts the procedure in a way that reassured me a lot. Polite attentive and accurate. The clinic needs to improve in terms of facilitating the identification of the location for patients, a larger plaque for example. I was attended to on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!! Estou tentando falar na Clínica no horário de atendimento (7:00 a 12:00 segunda/sexta ) à exatos três dias, e "NÃO ATENDEM". Quando o sinal é de ocupado, certamente são outras pessoas tentando o contato também.
Awful!!! I'm trying to talk to the Clinic during opening hours (7:00 to 12:00 Monday/Friday) exactly three days ago, and "DON'T ANSWER". When the signal is busy, there are certainly other people trying to contact you too.
