★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, atendimento sem noção, tem que madrugar para fazer algum procedimento, isso quando tem médico disponível ! No dia de hoje fui pela manhã para fazer minha avaliação e da minha esposa, já avisaram que iria demorar, pois o médico estava atrasado, já era quase 9 horas, reclamei aí nos atenderam logo, encaminhando para outros medicos, minha esposa precisou de uma restauração, nos avisaram que a partir de 14 horas teria medico e já guardariam nossa vaga, que chegassemos as 13:30, foi que o que fizemos, mas na chegada disseram que o médico só atenderia de 15:30, voltamos para casa de 15 horas chegamos, aí só fomos atendidos já na noite,o último atendimento do medico, o dia todo para fazer uma restauração, atendimento irracional, todas sabiam que estávamos lá desde de manhã, ainda bem que só vamos lá de ano em ano, mas na próxima vez vou procurar outro credenciado!
Horrible experience, clueless service, you have to get up early to do some procedure, that's when a doctor is available! Today I went in the morning to do my assessment and my wife's, they already told me it would take too long, because the doctor was late, it was almost 9 o'clock, I complained there that they saw us right away, referring to other doctors, my wife needed a restoration, they told us that after 2 pm there would be a doctor and they would keep our place, that we arrived at 1:30 pm, was that what we did, but on arrival they said that the doctor would only attend from 3:30 pm, we returned home from 3:00 pm hours we arrived, then we were only seen at night, the last doctor's appointment, all day to do a restoration, irrational service, everyone knew we had been there since morning, thankfully we only go there every year, but in next time i will look for another accredited!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, você passa meia hora para atender lhe chamar. Depois 1 hora para os médicos lhe atender.. então assim por motivos da pandemia deverias ser agendamento.. aglomeração total. Sem noção ..estou indignada com essa clínica.
Horrible, you spend half an hour to answer the call. Then 1 hour for the doctors to see you ... so for reasons of the pandemic, you should schedule it ... total agglomeration. Clueless ..I am outraged by this clinic.

UM IMUNDO...A SALA PODRE DE CIGARRO. PARECIA QUE AS PESSOAS ESTAVAM SUJAS, PORQUE ELE OLHAVA PRA GENTE COM CARA DE NOJO!!! E A DEMORA NO ATENDIMENTO. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM...
HORRIBLE!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS BADLY AS I WAS IN THIS CLINIC, BY THE PHYSICIAN OF THE VISUAL EXAMINATION FOR CNH RENEWAL. SUPER BAD EDUCATED, THICK, ARROGANT. A FILTHY...THE ROOT CIGARETTE ROOM. IT SEEMED THAT PEOPLE WERE DIRTY BECAUSE HE WATCHED AT US WITH A DISGUSTED FACE!!! AND THE DELAY IN SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE...
