I have had treatment with the general practitioner for many years at this clinic and return every six months for cleaning. The result is very satisfactory, I am grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 11/07/2020 sábado, minha esposa tinha uma consulta nessa clinica marcado para as 11:30hs , no trajeto o pneu do carro furou, ligamos na clinica e avisamos que atrasaria, fomos informados que não teria problemas, e que ate as 12:00hs poderia ser atendida. Chegamos na clinica as 11:50hs , estava fechada, não tinha ninguém! Foi muita falta de respeito, poderiam ter me dito quando liguei e eu não teria perdido meu tempo, moro a 30 km da clinica, se tivessem avisado eu teria remarcado sem problema nenhum, podiam ter me ligado, mandado msg no whats.
Eles não tem ética e respeito pelas pessoas.
On 07/11/2020 Saturday, my wife had an appointment at this clinic scheduled for 11:30 am, on the way the car's tire was flat, we called the clinic and told her she would be late, we were told that she would have no problems, and that until 12:00 pm could be answered. We arrived at the clinic at 11:50 am, it was closed, there was no one! It was a lot of disrespect, they could have told me when I called and I wouldn't have wasted my time, I live 30 km from the clinic, if they had told me I would have rescheduled without any problem, they could have called me, sent me a message on whats.
They have no ethics and respect for people.
