Os Dormitórios são ENGRADADOS, como numa CADEIA, de Fato, se alguém passar mal durante a noite, morre por ali! Há um único agente durante a noite na farmácia, mas o infeliz geralmente esta tão Drogado que não se importa com o estado de Saúde das pessoas ali dentro!
Quem esta nas Drogas e Nas Ruas, Está Mais Saudável e Seguro com Elas do que nas Mãos dos MERCENÁRIOS que deste lugar PILHAM o suor do rosto de famílias desesperadas por uma Guerra cujas armas São Mentiras!
Nesta Clinica as pessoas São Encarceradas e Drogadas até que fiquem Viciadas nas DROGAS das Farmácias!
Durante minha estadia neste inferno, Além do Cárcere, fui Vítima de Tortura Química e sob ela sofri um Derrame!
Estou melhor com a Erva do que já mais estive sem ela em qualquer fase da minha vida!
Digam Não à Guerra e não Sustentem esses Psicopatas!

A verdade é que quem faz comentários negativos é depreciativos é porque não está comprometido com a mudança e não foi capaz de levar adiante o tratamento por fraqueza e ausência de força de vontade. Quem difama a Clínica Novos Rumos é porque não quer se tratar. Simples assim. A disciplina é essencial no tratamento e um dependente químico tem que ser confrontado com regras rígidas como parte do tratamento. Estive internada na Clínica Novos Rumos e para mim foi a minha libertação. Depois do tempo que passei lá, consegui enfim ter a segurança de saber manejar esse problema que afeta tantas pessoas de forma tão destrutiva. O ambiente agradável, as instalações e demais detalhes estruturais para mim foram perfeitos, mas o que fez toda a diferença foi o profissionalismo e a abordagem diferenciada que dá ao dependente químico total condição de se recuperar plenamente, se manter limpo, reconstruir sua vida sem a prisão das drogas e do álcool. Tive alta a uns 9 ou 10 anos, na verdade isso não importa. O que importa é que eu estou limpa desde então, graças ao maravilhoso trabalho de profissionais dedicados, competentes, envolvidos, treinados e sobretudo humanos. À Clínica Novos Rumos, minha eterna gratidão.

The truth is that anyone who makes negative comments is derogatory is because he is not committed to the change and has not been able to carry out the treatment due to weakness and lack of willpower. Anyone who defames the Novos Rumos Clinic is because they don't want to be treated. That simple. Discipline is essential in treatment and a drug addict has to be faced with strict rules as part of treatment. I was admitted to the Novos Rumos Clinic and for me it was my release. After the time I spent there, I finally managed to have the security of knowing how to handle this problem that affects so many people in such a destructive way. The pleasant environment, the facilities and other structural details for me were perfect, but what made all the difference was the professionalism and the differentiated approach that gives the addict the complete condition to fully recover, stay clean, rebuild his life without arrest of drugs and alcohol. I was discharged about 9 or 10 years ago, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that I am clean since then, thanks to the wonderful work of dedicated, competent, involved, trained and above all human professionals. To Clínica Novos Rumos, my eternal gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boas a todos. Há um tempo atrás, fiz um comentário intempestivo e incabível sobre essa clínica que REALMENTE aplausos pelo trabalho SÉRIO que faz. Vim, em ato simbólico e honroso, reparar os danos verbais e tumulto que causei aqui. A Clínica Novos Rumos é uma clínica REALMENTE muito séria e que só tem um princípio: ajudar o dependente químico internado a se recuperar. Eu sempre saí de lá melhor do entrei. Foram quatro internações e, em três saídas eu falhei, por conta e risco próprios, até que na quarta obtive sucesso. A estrutura é fantástica e todo método clínico e terapêutico é de ALTO NÍVEL. Já ouvi falar que é até um método vindo dos Estados Unidos. Guardo muito carinho e orgulho por poder ter tido minhas oportunidades lá. Ficaram marcados para mim todos os profissionais e se destacam o psiquiatra Fernando, o psicólogo Rodrigo, a psicóloga Érica e a profissional que mais me chamou atenção: A terapeuta ocupacional Simone(cara de Rita Lee). Ela é diferenciada. Não desfazendo das outras que também são excelentes. Mas, como foi bom fazer aquele último grupo 3 com ela e fazer aquelas licenças tão produtivas em minha última internação. O padrão rígido que a clínica oferece também faz parte do tratamento e é amplamente necessário, pois uma coisa que o dependente químico perder na sua adicção são as responsabilidades e dinâmica de vida! Não sei se falei tudo que eu gostaria aqui, pois eu queria que fosse um texto BEM COMPLETO e bonito visto o papelão que eu fiz por essas mesmas vias. Dessa forma, reconheço a diarreia verbal e meu ato arrogante cometido aqui. Recomendo de coração essa instituição, pois acreditem ou não, o que mais tem espalhado pelo Brasil são clínicas não sérias. Quem estiver lendo e precisar se ajudar ou ajudar um ente querido, não perca tempo e escolha uma das mais renomadas clínicas do Brasil! Um abraço a todos. There were four hospitalizations and in three exits I failed, at my own risk, until the fourth I was successful. The structure is fantastic and every clinical and therapeutic method is HIGH LEVEL. I've heard it's even a method from the United States. I keep a lot of affection and pride to have had my opportunities there. I was marked by all the professionals and stand out the psychiatrist Fernando, the psychologist Rodrigo, the psychologist Erica and the professional who caught my attention: The occupational therapist Simone (face of Rita Lee). She is differentiated. Not undoing the others that are also excellent. But how nice it was to do that last group 3 with her and make those licenses so productive on my last internment. The strict standard that the clinic offers is also part of the treatment and is largely necessary because one thing the addict loses in his addiction is the responsibilities and life dynamics! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É mentira quando colocam que existe tortura nesta clínica. É revolta de adicto filhinho de papai que quer aparecer ou tem problema mental que faz ele imaginar coisas. O que existem, na clínica, são regras rígidas dentro de um ambiente de respeito e seriedade. A maioria dos funcionários da clínica (se não todos) é pessoa correta que quer de fato a reabilitação dos internos. Se eu tivesse de indicar um lugar para reabilitação de alguém, não tenho dúvida de que a Novos Rumos seria o local: psiquiatras (bons), medicação (excelente), psicólogos (legais), terapeutas (competentes), piscina (boa), academia (na minha época bem ruim, mas dava pro gasto), instalações interessantes etc. Com detalhe importante: tratamento sem ênfase na religiosidade. Como ateu, eu não poderia aceitar o papo de "deus quer", "deus torce por você", "Jesus te ama" e outras baboseiras. Att.,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência que tivemos com a internação da nossa ente familiar foi uma das piores possíveis! Nossa ente entro com um quadro clínico de depressão aguda, fazendo tratamento de desintoxicação de drogas!
Ela ficou na clínica por 7 meses e saiu pior do que estava! A clínica mostra através de suas redes sociais uma propaganda enganosa, admirável de se chamar a atenção de quem está vulnerável precisando de ajuda, mas a verdade é outra!
A clínica é uma prisão, o aspecto interno com grades e isolamento contribui para a depressão! Os familiares não tem acesso a area interna, não podendo ver as dependências como um todo! Minha irmã sempre teve depressão mas sempre foi lucida!
Após sua saída da clinica, ela saiu com receitas de medicações absurdas como se ela fosse esquizofrênica agressiva! É um absurdo como essa clínica dopa seus internos de modo que eles fiquem sem vida! A clínica serviu apenas para desintoxicar a nossa ente familiar, ajudando nesse aspecto! Tirando isso, detestamos!
Nao dao toda assistência aos familiares, é muito dificil obter contato com os médicos responsáveis que estao sempre ausentes ou ocupados!
A clínica é caríssima, chegando a um valor com plano de saúde de quase 10.000 reais! Eles não fazem questao de detalhar os serviços realizados internamente, alegando apenas "despesas hospitalares" Minha ente familiar hoje está bem, fazendo tratamento psiquiatrico fora da clínica!
Os medicos atuais ficaram horrorizados com a prescrição médica receitada para nossa ente! Quase 1500,00 reais de medicação, como se ela fosse uma esquizofrenica agressiva! Medicação forte em grande quantidade! Tomem bastante cuidado ao internarem seus familiares nessa clínica! A propaganda e o marketing da empresa como uma clínica de reabilitação focada na qualidade e excelência, engana muita gente! A piscina é pura ilusao! Ninguem pode usar e as pessoas ficam praticamente encarceradas em seus quartos!
