★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente aconchegante, primeiro atendimento perfeito após isso foi só dor de cabeça. Não conseguimos marcar o retorno solicitado, diversas tentativas. Não dão preferência a continuidade do tratamento chegando até mesmo direcionar para outra clínica que tenha vaga. Um absurdo, estava tendo resultado no tratamento que por sinal não foi barato cerca de R$ 3000,00 minha esposa e minha filha. E agora tratamento interrompido, vencido, porque não tem vaga. Deixar claro que a tentativa de marcação retorno está desde o mês de agosto. Um verdadeiro absurdo!
Cozy environment, perfect first service after that was just a headache. We were unable to schedule the requested return, several attempts. They do not prefer to continue the treatment, even directing them to another clinic that has a vacancy. An absurd, it was having a result in the treatment that by the way was not cheap about R$3000.00 for my wife and daughter. And now treatment is interrupted, expired, because there is no vacancy. Make it clear that the attempt to schedule a return has been in effect since the month of August. A real nonsense!
