 My lower braces completely took off in less than 15 days, I don't recommend this clinic. Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o atendimento é bom, mas o serviço nem tanto. coloquei o aparelho e com duas semanas as peças já estavam caindo. o ferro soltou e cortou minha bochecha!! e eu não comi nenhum tipo de osso para quebrá-lo tão fácil assim.
the service is good, but the service is not so good. I put the device on and after two weeks the pieces were already falling. the iron loosened and cut my cheek !! and I didn’t eat any kind of bone to break it that easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudei o aparelho convencional para um aparelho estético nessa clinica, infelizmente de péssima qualidade, no segundo mês que fui fazer a manutenção e a colagem da parte inferior no mesmo dia a parte inferior já começou a descolar e no segundo dia descolou tudo por completo. Entrei em contato com a clinica que me informou que só poderia fazer o retorno com 24 horas e eu não tinha como ir pq estava trabalhando, eles ficaram de me dar um retorno e até agora nada! achei um verdadeiro descaso eu ter que ficar no prejuízo por uma coisa que eu não tive a menor culpa não tiveram a menor empatia para solucionar meu problema.. material de péssima qualidade ???? meu dinheiro vcs não vão ter mais.

I changed the conventional appliance to an aesthetic appliance in this clinic, unfortunately of poor quality, in the second month that I went to maintain and glue the lower part on the same day the lower part started to peel off and on the second day everything took off completely. I got in touch with the clinic that informed me that I could only return within 24 hours and I had no way to go because I was working, they were able to give me a return and so far nothing! I thought it was a real indifference that I had to lose money for something that I wasn't the least bit to blame for. They didn't have the slightest empathy to solve my problem.. very poor quality material ???? my money you won't have it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Material de péssima qualidade, no primeiro dia que foi feito a colagem do aparelho da minha filha já descolou, a clinica só visa dienheiro. Quer dar um prazo de 24 horas pra retorno e não oferecem um serviço de qualidade. Extremamente abusivo cobrar por um serviço que não foi bem feito..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os dentistas e ortodontistas são bons, o problema está na demora. Para manutenção, o cliente tem que esperar PELO MENOS uma hora pra ser atendido e o detalhe: tem poucas cadeiras, então tem que ir preparado pra ficar em pé.
