★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionistas super atenciosas e educadas e pontualidade no horário marcado, busquei o local para fazer procedimentos de rotina, uma limpeza e fui atendida pelo profissional de nome Antônio Felipe no dia 10/01. Foi realizada por ele uma obturação, porém a mesma não ficou legal, o dente restaurado ficou mais alto em relação aos demais, comentei na hora ele fez mais uma reduzida, porém disse q era normal eu sentir um pouco diferente que melhoraria depois. Ok, fui pra casa, ao fim da tarde começou a doer e incomodar muito, liguei para a clínica e a atendente me disse que eu deveria retornar de imediato a clínica, porém já era 17h e eu moro distante não chegaria a tempo de encontrar aberto, perguntei se poderia retornar no dia seguinte, a mesma me informou que os profissionais da clínica atendem por comissão e somente o mesmo dentista poderia mexer nesse dente, pois outro profissional não receberia por este serviço, e este dentista só estaria na clínica no outro sábado, mais de uma semana depois. Procurei outro consultório para resolver o problema. A é não pretendo retornar a esta clínica odontológica.
Super attentive and polite receptionists and punctuality at the scheduled time, I searched the place for routine procedures, cleaning and was attended by the professional named Antonio Felipe on 10/01. A filling was performed by him, but it was not legal, the restored tooth was higher in relation to the others, I commented at the time he made one more reduction, but said it was normal for me to feel a little different that it would improve later. Okay, I went home, at the end of the afternoon it started to hurt and bother me a lot, I called the clinic and the attendant told me that I should immediately return to the clinic, but it was already 5:00 pm and I live far away I would not arrive in time to find it open , I asked if I could return the next day, she informed me that the clinic professionals attend by commission and only the same dentist could touch this tooth, as another professional would not receive for this service, and this dentist would only be at the clinic the other Saturday , more than a week later. I looked for another office to solve the problem. A is not intending to return to this dental clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma avaliação para hoje 01/04/22 às 17h00min, sai mais cedo do trabalho, perdi meu tempo para chegar lá, o local estar fechado, dei de cara na porta, liguei e não obtive resposta. O porteiro do prédio me informou que eles MUDARAM DE LOCAL. Uma falta de consideração com o cliente em sequer desmarcar a consulta. Seria a minha primeira avaliação com eles, não farei mais.
I scheduled an evaluation for today 01/04/22 at 17:00, I left work early, lost my time to get there, the place was closed, I ran into the door, called and got no answer. The building's doorman informed me that they CHANGED LOCATION. A lack of consideration for the client in even canceling the appointment. It would be my first review with them, I won't do it again.
