★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei hoje minha primeira consulta com a dr Luciana, segundo a recepcionista o plano dentário recusou o pedido da clínica, coisa que nunca aconteceu antes. Tentei ligar pro plano e não obtive sucesso. Mas o real problema foi depois eu informar que não sabia o que havia acontecido (já que eu me consultei ha menos de 1 mes em outras clínicas com o plano) e que tentaria descobrir o motivo e remarcaria a consulta, saindo ainda da porta a recepcionista disse "nossa que caô, ela deve fazer isso direto, ou não paga o plano". Me senti humilhada, ela não fez questão nem de verificar se eu não iria ouvir. Achei um absurdo, uma falta de profissionalismo e caráter e imensa, eu nunca passei por isso na vida!! Não recomendo a clínica pra ninguem!!
Today I made my first appointment with Dr. Luciana, according to the receptionist, the dental plan refused the clinic's request, something that never happened before. I tried to call the plan and was unsuccessful. But the real problem was after I informed him that I did not know what had happened (since I consulted less than 1 month ago in other clinics with the plan) and that I would try to find out the reason and reschedule the appointment, leaving the receptionist at the door said "wow, she must do it directly, or she won't pay for the plan". I felt humiliated, she didn't even care to check if I wasn't going to listen. I found it absurd, a lack of professionalism and character and immense, I never went through this in my life !! I do not recommend the clinic to anyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de contar minha experiência, fui na clínica fazer uma limpeza apenas, chegando lá a dr Luciana me deu o melhor atendimento da minha vida, além de ver que meu siso estava nascendo o que fez com que eu corresse com os exames antes mesmo deu perceber, foi que me ajudou a prevenir qualquer problema futuro que eu tivesse, não é a minha primeira consulta e também não será a última, alem do ótimo atendimento tanto das recepcionistas quanto das próprias doutoras, fora que eu contei da minha experiência para o meu marido que marcou uma consulta para ele também, ele amou vocês.
Super recomendo, na própria recepção os outros clientes começaram a falar bem da clínica, nunca tinha visto uma clínica odontológica tão boa assim!
