Ao tentar marcar a consulta para dois dias a frente, fiquei sem resposta no whatsapp, e no dia seguinte ao pedir confirmação de se minha consulta havia sido marcada, recebi a notícia de que eles tinham colocado outra pessoa no meu horário. Péssimo atendimento, péssima dentista pelo jeito também pelos comentários que estão aqui. Ainda bem que não me consultei.
I didn't even consult and the experience was already bad. When trying to schedule the appointment for two days ahead, I was left with no reply on whatsapp, and the next day when asking for confirmation of whether my appointment had been scheduled, I received the news that they had put someone else on my schedule. Lousy service, lousy dentist by the way also by the comments that are here. I'm glad I didn't see it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela indicação do meu convênio e de todas as clínicas em venda nova foi o lugar que mais me agradou. Fiz meu tratamento de canal e pretendo continuar pelo bom atendimento.
PS: estava com medo de sentir dor mas o Dr André tem a mão muito leve.

I went for the indication of my health insurance and of all the clinics in new sale it was the place that pleased me the most. I did my root canal treatment and I intend to continue for the good service.
PS: I was afraid of feeling pain but Dr André has a very light hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa foi fazer avaliação e mandaram para o plano que ela fez limpeza, coisa que ela não fez. Quando foi em outra clínica pra fazer limpeza, teve o atendimento negado. Se não realizaram o procedimento, poderiam não ter solicitado ou mesmo cancelado, pois por causa disso tivemos transtornos e constrangimento.
My wife went to do an evaluation and they sent to the plan that she did the cleaning, which she did not do. When she went to another clinic to clean, she was denied treatment. If they did not perform the procedure, they could not have requested or even canceled, because of that we had inconvenience and embarrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com certeza o pior lugar que já tive o desprazer de escolher para tratar da minha saúde bucal. Atendimento do wpp péssimo onde sempre te respondem horas (senão dias) depois.
Na primeira consulta para avaliação já tive uma experiência ruim onde fui atendido com leve atraso (fiquei 10 minutos além da hora agendada pra uma consulta que não durou nem 5 minutos). Hoje (01/11/2021) com clima instável e chuvas repentinas, cheguei 1 minuto após os 10 minutos de tolerância (estava de bike e me molhei completamente pra chegar a tempo na consulta) tive a infeliz notícia de que a dentista já havia ido embora, POR 1 MINUTO DE ATRASO.
Por conta do atendimento que deixa muito a desejar, NÃO RECOMENDO!
Definitely the worst place I ever had the displeasure to choose to treat my oral health. Bad wpp service where they always answer you hours (if not days) later.
In the first appointment for evaluation I already had a bad experience where I was seen with a slight delay (I stayed 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time for an appointment that didn't last even 5 minutes). Today (11/01/2021) with unstable weather and sudden rains, I arrived 1 minute after the 10-minute tolerance period (I was on a bike and got completely wet to get to the appointment in time) I had the unfortunate news that the dentist had already left though, BY 1 MINUTE DELAY.
Due to the service that leaves a lot to be desired, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
