★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Saí da última consulta com mais dor do que quando eu entrei. Não resolveu nem o problema da sensibilidade (razão de eu ter procurado o dentista) nem uma cárie (que eu nem estava sentindo dor). Ao começar a cuidar da cárie e ter mexido em boa parte do dente, o dentista (Gabriel) diz para eu procurar um endodontista, que ele não seria capaz de fazer. No fim fiquei sentido dor onde não estava sentindo.
 I do not recommend. I left the last appointment with more pain than when I entered. It didn't solve either the sensitivity problem (which is why I went to the dentist) or a cavity (which I wasn't even in pain). When I started taking care of caries and having touched a good part of the tooth, the dentist (Gabriel) tells me to look for an endodontist, which he wouldn't be able to do. In the end I felt pain where I wasn't feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira impressão é negativa, pois na sala de espera apertada tinha 5 pessoas esperando. A consulta da minha filha era as 15h chegamos no horário tivemos que aguardar por muito tempo 30 minutos.
Sobre o protocolo de segurança em relação a pandemia so tinha alcool gel, ninguém aferiu temperatura, os dentista circulavam de uma sala pra outra.
The first impression is negative, as there were 5 people waiting in the cramped waiting room. My daughter's appointment was at 3 pm We arrived on time we had to wait 30 minutes for a long time.
Regarding the safety protocol in relation to the pandemic, there was only alcohol gel, no one checked the temperature, the dentists circulated from one room to another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentista pediátrica Karina é péssima. Fez uma limpeza de 2 minutos na minha filha e sequer passou um fio dental. A "dentista" derrubou o babador de papel que estava na minha filha no chão, pegou e colocou o mesmo em cima da menina de novo. Saí dali revoltada. A menina está com uma cárie e ela não disse nada, quando perguntei desconversou. Péssimo!
Pediatric dentist Karina is terrible. He cleaned my daughter for 2 minutes and didn't even floss. The "dentist" dropped the paper bib that was on my daughter on the floor, picked it up and placed it on top of the girl again. I left there revolted. The girl has a cavity and she didn't say anything, when I asked, she changed the subject. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha experiência com eles não foi uma das melhores, procurem dentistas experientes na área a muito tempo. Somente após ir na primeira consulta foi que identifiquei que são novos do ramo. Na avaliação Dr. Karina foi super atenciosa, mas infelizmente em uma limpeza ela acabou danificando a resina dos meus dente da frente, me causou prejuízo e agora vou ter que procurar profissionais na aera para arrumar. E acabou que eu nem fiz o que de fato fui para eles resolverem para mim. Não indico por esses e outros motivos.
Unfortunately my experience with them was not one of the best, look for experienced dentists in the area for a long time. In the evaluation Dr. Karina was super attentive, but unfortunately in one cleaning she ended up damaging the resin on my front teeth, causing me damage and now I'm going to have to look for professionals in the area to fix it. And it turned out that I didn't even do what I was actually doing for them to resolve for me. I do not indicate for these and other reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou dentista e trabalho na clínica faz bastante tempo, é a minha segunda casa. Posso dizer que fazemos de tudo para trazer o melhor que podemos para os atendimentos sejam eles particulares ou pelo convênio. Trabalhamos com a parte básica pelos convênios justamente pelo valor mínimo que eles nos pagam. Mesmo assim, tratamos todos com carinho e cuidado.
O que acontece e já aconteceu muitas vezes é o fato de ter que lidar com pessoas descompensadas que decidem nos humilhar, gritar e sair batendo portão como se a clínica fosse a casa delas. Isso chateia qualquer profissional que passou a vida estudando dos mais variados assuntos sobre a saúde das pessoas.
Parece que o obvio precisa ser falado. Estudamos para uma pessoa que não entende nada, querer falar quanto tempo temos de demorar em cada procedimento - SEMPRE são pacientes de convênio que aparentemente pagam uma fortuna no plano e se acham no direito de dizer como o profissional formado deve trabalhar.
Não vamos agradar a todos, mas devemos ser respeitados e valorizados como profissionais e pessoas. E é pela grande parcela de pacientes contentes que temos na clínica, que continuamos não deixando com que as pessoas maldosas venham a nos desanimar.
I'm a dentist and work at the clinic for a long time, it's my second home. I can say that we do everything to bring the best we can to the services, whether private or by agreement. We work with the basic part through agreements precisely for the minimum amount they pay us. Even so, we treat everyone with love and care.
What happens and has happened many times is the fact of having to deal with uncompensated people who decide to humiliate us, scream and go slamming the gates as if the clinic were their home. This upsets any professional who has spent his life studying the most varied subjects about people's health.
Looks like the obvious needs to be said. We study for a person who doesn't understand anything, wanting to talk about how long we have to take each procedure - they are ALWAYS health insurance patients who apparently pay a fortune in the plan and feel entitled to say how the trained professional should work.
We will not please everyone, but we must be respected and valued as professionals and people. And it is because of the large portion of happy patients that we have in the clinic, that we continue not to let the nasty people come to discourage us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica deixou a desejar no quesito falta de higiene e segurança dos pacientes. Fui atendido logo depois de um rapaz e quando entrei na sala em o dentista que estava lá já estava com a broca na no aparelho. Isso me passou a sensação de que a clínica não substitui as brocas quando trocam os pacientes. Achei anti-higienico isso e muita falta de profissionalismo ter deixado a broca já na maquina me deixou bem inseguro. Espero que a pessoa que foi tratada antes de mim não tenha nenhum problema que tenha colocado minha saúde em risco
The clinic left something to be desired in terms of lack of hygiene and patient safety. I was attended right after a boy and when I entered the room in the dentist who was there already had the drill in the device. This gave me the feeling that the clinic does not replace the drills when changing patients. I found it unhygienic and a lot of lack of professionalism to have left the drill already in the machine made me very insecure. I hope the person who was treated before me doesn't have any problems that put my health at risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais são gente boa. Porém tanto a clínica qto profissionais pecaram em alguns fatores. Ao chegar na clínica infelizmente só tive a oportunidade de me atentar a esse detalhe quando levantei da cadeira. Brocas estavam em pé em um estojo e não estavam seladas e autoclavadas ou submersas sob qualquer líquido de desinfecção, a pinça já estava na mesa e não no papel selante colocando em dúvidas o protocolo de desinfecção de materiais e dúvidas sobre risco qualquer contaminação cruzada. Materiais devem ser devidamente aberto na frente de pacientes para que não seja colocado em dúvida qualquer os procedimentos de esterelização por mais simples que seja a clínica deve fazer é seguir os devidos procedimentos e protocolos para que o paciente não tenha dúvidas de que haja risco de contaminação cruzada por vírus que não vou citar mas quem conhece um pouco sobre sabe dos devidos riscos. Enfim aconselho a terem mais atenção nessas coisas. Não estou dizendo que os devidos protocolos não sejam seguidos mas sim que detalhes fazem a diferença e que do mesmo jeito que eu reparei nesses detalhes outros podem reparar
Professionals are good people. However, both the clinic and professionals sinned in some factors. When I arrived at the clinic, unfortunately, I only had the opportunity to pay attention to this detail when I got up from my chair. Drills were standing in a case and were not sealed and autoclaved or submerged under any disinfection liquid, the forceps were already on the table and not on the sealing paper putting in doubt the material disinfection protocol and doubts about risk any cross contamination. Materials must be properly opened in front of patients so that any sterilization procedures are not called into question, however simple the clinic must do is follow the proper procedures and protocols so that the patient has no doubts that there is a risk of contamination crossed by viruses that I will not mention but those who know a little about know the risks. Anyway, I advise you to pay more attention to these things. I'm not saying that the proper protocols are not followed but that details make a difference and that the same way I noticed these details others can notice
