Wonderful place I was insecure because of the dental insurance I have but when I arrived I was already super well attended by the wonderful polite receptionist I'm terrified of Dentist but when I entered Dr Ariana's room it felt like I knew her for years she treated me so well listened to me had so much patience thank you so much for everyone's love I loved it super nominate ?

Detalhando que sofro de transtornos de Pânico e ansiedade, no qual ela soube lidar e me manter calma e confiante em cada sessão. Todos os profissionais deveriam ter esse preparo e cuidado ao tratar de seus pacientes.

Very satisfied with the service, from the reception to the dentist, in my case Dr. Ariane, who was very kind, attentive, patient and efficient in my treatment. Detailing that I suffer from Panic and Anxiety Disorders, which she knew how to deal with and keep me calm and confident in each session. All professionals should have this preparation and care when treating their patients.

Serviço de espera muito demorado, Atendimento telefônico mais o menos , via Whatsapp muito péssimo ! Ainda mais se for para falar sobre pós atendimento, não dão a devida atenção, ja que uma vez feito o procedimento não querem corrigir se for particular o atendimento é melhor, sendo convênio não recomendo .

Existem profissionais que atuam apenas pelo dinheiro e outros pelo dom. Ela com certeza é pelo dom, a delicadeza em manusear situações de extrema dor realmente me surpreendeu, além de conhecimento técnico claro. Super recomendo!

There are professionals who work only for the money and others for the gift. She certainly is for her gift, the delicacy in handling extreme pain situations really surprised me, in addition to clear technical knowledge. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você for fazer tratamento dentário nessa clínica te aconselho não ir ,, vc chega lá eles passa pela avaliação e já no momento da avaliação ele já te falam assim ah seu convênio não cobre canal e eu fui confiar neles. Depois que fiz o canal liguei no convênio. O convênio me afirmou que cobria. E eles aínda nao satisfeitos me cobraram uma extração de dente no qual também meu convênio cobria e o principal e o mais grave ,, eles não gostam de dar anestesia. ,, gostam que o paciente na cadeira. Sofra. Pq todas as vezes que trataram meu dente tive que implorar para darem anestesia Enfim me roubáram 980 reais. ,, liguei no convênio até hoje não resolveram. ,, enfim estou chateada são antiprofissionais ,, nunca. Mais piso nessa. Clínica. Bando de ladroes ,,
