★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dentro da clínica é cordial, fazem os procedimentos muito bem, tudo limpo e novo. Porém vc passa por uma via crucis até conseguir ser atendido, e isso é toda vez que vc passa no dentista.
Um sol de matar, todos em pé, um sistema que eu acredito tenho sido pensado por causa da pandemia, mas que neste momento só se mostra desumano e burocrático. Agendam uma quantidade enorme de pacientes no mesmo horário, está lá na sua carteirinha o horário agendado, mas não significa nada, pois toda vez vc tem que passar pela mesma fila, fazer a mesma ficha, pra aí sim entrar na clínica. Esse processo todo leva por volta de 1 hora. 1 hora sem banheiro, sem cadeira, no sol... Enquanto os dentistas ficam esperando dentro da clínica sem pacientes para atender. Agora que estamos vacinados, aliás, pedem comprovante de vacinação e medem a temperatura, acredito que não precisaria mais fazer todo esse processo. Um sistema mais inteligente e rápido deixaria o atendimento da clínica perfeito.
The service inside the clinic is cordial, they do the procedures very well, everything is clean and new. But you go through a via crucis until you get service, and that's every time you go to the dentist.
A killer sun, everyone standing, a system that I believe has been thought up because of the pandemic, but which at this moment is only inhuman and bureaucratic. They schedule a huge number of patients at the same time, the scheduled time is there on your card, but it doesn't mean anything, because every time you have to go through the same queue, make the same form, so you can enter the clinic. This whole process takes around 1 hour. 1 hour without a bathroom, without a chair, in the sun... While the dentists are waiting inside the clinic without patients to see. Now that we are vaccinated, by the way, they ask for proof of vaccination and measure the temperature, I believe I would no longer need to do this whole process. A smarter and faster system would make the clinic's service perfect.
