★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando a Dr. Débora, o resto são todos IRRESPONSÁVEIS , o atendimento é péssimo, começando pela "recepcionista" que se acha a última coca cola. Não dão satisfação ao cliente sobre o atendimento, não respeita o cliente( fazendo manutenção de ar condicionado em pleno atendimento). Essa clínica é péssima.
Apart from Dr. Débora, the rest are all IRRESPONSIBLE, the service is terrible, starting with the "receptionist" who finds the last coca cola. They do not give satisfaction to the customer about the service, they do not respect the customer (maintaining air conditioning in full service). This clinic is terrible.

A recepcionista joze muito gente boa me atendeu muito bem a outra também bem gente boa a adra só que teve uma cliente que tratou muito mal a doutora Débora com muita falta de respeito. Mais adorei o tratamento.e as pessoas devem respeita mais uns aus outros atendente respeitando o cliente e o cliente respeitando o trabalho do doutor. Muito bom o atendimento vou voutar muitas vezes amei ?

The receptionist was very nice, she treated me very well, and the other was very nice, but there was a client who treated Dr. Débora very badly with a lot of lack of respect. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO! Visitei a clínica acompanhando minha namorada em novembro de 2021 e a atendente se mostrou super mal humorada. Ela mal olha para você e responde as dúvidas dos pacientes de forma ríspida e com deboche. Ademais, quando fui, parecia até que não existia regras de distanciamento social, pois os pacientes ficaram amontoados nas poucas cadeiras que existiam no local enquanto que alguns ficaram em pé devido a indisponibilidade de cadeiras.
Dr. Gilson, por sua vez, foi a única surpresa: ele foi super foi atencioso e educado, explicando todos os os procedimentos necessários.
Resumindo, eu não indicaria a clínica sobretudo por conta do PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I visited the clinic accompanying my girlfriend in November 2021 and the attendant was super grumpy. She barely looks at you and answers patients' questions sharply and mockingly. Furthermore, when I went, it even seemed that there were no rules for social distancing, as patients were huddled together in the few chairs that existed in the place, while some remained standing due to the unavailability of chairs.
Dr. Gilson, in turn, was the only surprise: he was super attentive and polite, explaining all the necessary procedures.
In short, I would not recommend the clinic mainly because of the POOR SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora estou satisfeito com a clinica, primeiro contato Dr. Mateus excelente profissional, explicou os procedimentos com clareza, foi muito prestativo. Não só ele, mas desde a recepção sempre fui bem atendido e respeitado. A Dra. Debora, também uma excelente profissional. Não me senti perdido, sempre me encaminharam direitinho aos profissionais responsáveis por cada procedimento. É preciso ter empatia pelo local, pois devido serem muito requisitado são muitas pessoas para pouco espaço, porem cada ser humano deve ser responsável por sua própria proteção.
