Não senti nada, nem antes, durante nem se fale, e a recuperação foi ótima! Me encaixou na agenda dela na hora do meu desespero, me acalmou e me passou muita confiança! A assistente dela, equipe médica e de funcionários também são ótimas pessoas! ❤️

Dra. Beatriz Emília além de ser muito cuidadosa e humana, é muito competente. A extração dos meus sisos durou certa de 10-15 minutos e o pós operatório está praticamente livre de dores. Houve um incômodo nos dois primeiros dias o que é normal. Apenas isso!! A equipe me medicou antes e após o procedimento e me orientaram em cada detalhe do início ao fim.
Estou muito satisfeita com o trabalho da dra. Beatriz e com a qualidade da clínica e da equipe.
Recomendo de olhos fechados!
What professionals, what team and what structure!
Dr. Beatriz Emilia is very careful and human, but very competent. The extraction of my wisdom lasted for about 10-15 minutes and the postoperative period is practically pain free. There was a nuisance in the first two days which is normal. Only that!! The team medicated me before and after the procedure and guided me through every detail from start to finish.
I am very pleased with the work of Dr. Beatriz and the quality of the clinic and staff.
Highly recommend with my eyes closed!

Foi super rápida e não removeu o pedaço de carne preso no meu dente que está me incomodando e que relatei no início da consulta. Não demonstrou empatia e parecia que estava com pressa. Talvez ela só estava num dia ruim e eu acabei pagando o pato.
I consulted Dr. Mônica Castro Moreira for an oral cleaning. It was super quick and didn't remove the piece of meat stuck in my tooth that is bothering me and that I reported at the beginning of the consultation. He showed no empathy and looked like he was in a hurry. Maybe she was just having a bad day and I ended up paying the duck.

E hoje novamente, consulta marcada para 10:30. Esperei até 11:10 tranquilamente, quando fui informado que teria que esperar 40 minutos. Mas eu já havia esperado 40 minutos sem ser informado. Ou seja, mais de uma hora e nem para avisarem. Comunicar o cliente. Um péssimo nível de serviço. Não recomento!!
