★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentista competente,porém falta comprometimento com os horários,por várias vezes fui atendida com atraso de até uma hora. Recepcionistas ásperas e nunca tem ninguém responsável pela clínica quando queremos fazer alguma reclamação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tentar marcar uma consulta pro meu filho, expliquei a situação dele e a pessoa que me respondeu pelo whats app se mostrou totalmente despreparada e grossa. Desisti e agradeci a cordialidade e educação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A começar pela recepção, 1° secretárias mal humoradas, não gostam de ouvir os pacientes, são mal educadas; 2° em alguns tratamentos dizem não ter sido autorizado pelo plano, sem o plano nem ter recebido nenhuma solicitação de autorização de procedimento; 3° fazem pouco caso para corrigir um problema deles, etc....Não recomendo!

Ambiente muito pequeno.
Mas quando dá sorte de encontrar um bom profissional o atendimento é aceitável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima. Em uma tremenda pandemia o dentista me recebeu na sala de espera já com as luvas caçadas, ele deveria caça-las na minha frente.
Na cadeira do dentista e com a boca aberta para procedimento, outro dentista entrou ficom com a máscara pendurada na orelha e conversando com Dr. Bertoli me deixou desconfortável já que possíveis perdigotos poderia cair na minha boca.
Totalmente fora dos protocolos da COVID 19.
Ao reclamar da falta de privacidade no meu atendimento, ainda tive que ouvir que " Em fase mais grave da COVID, quando morreram pessoas. A sua clínica mais bombou com clientes".
Sou uma mulher de 56 anos e faço parte do grupo de risco, minha experiência foi realmente horrível.
Nunca mais voltei lá.

Totally out of COVID 19 protocols.
When complaining about the lack of privacy in my care, I still had to hear that "In the most serious phase of COVID, when people died. Your clinic was more pumped up with clients".
I am a 56 year old female and I am part of the risk group, my experience was really horrible.
I never went back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a clínica e o dentista só olhou meu rx e falou que seria extração, passou medicamentos. Agendei 8 dias depois é um dia antes me ligam as 17 horas dizendo que a máquina de rx estava ruim que não tinha nem previsão e que depois teria uma fila, me ligaram na semana seguinte agendando para o dia 10/09/2021 disse que o rx já estava bom e que iria fazer a extração, dia 09/09/2021 ligaram para confirmar e eh hoje as 13:30!liguei e pedi confirmação se estava tudo certo para extrair e me responderam dizendo que sim . Cheguei na clínica conforme o horário para o dentista me chamar e dizer que não ia extrair meu dente pois não tinha agendado para extração, sendo que a própria recepcionista disse que eu estava agendada para extração quando liguei. Inclusive pela terceira vez indo no consultório só pra olhar pra cara do dentista porque se quer nenhuma das vezes tirei minha máscara e ele viu meus dentes. Mesmo na segunda vez eu dizendo que estava com dor e meu rosto inchado, e hoje quando fui questionar com a recepcionista ela falou que iria chamar o dentista porque ele que teria que falar comigo. Enfim já entrei em contato com o meu convênio relatando o caso e deixo aqui esse relato para quem está procurando essa clínica. As recepcionistas todas as vezes que liguei me tratou bem só tenho a falar desse dentista.

Even for the third time, going to the office just to look at the dentist's face because if you like, none of the times I took off my mask and he saw my teeth. Even the second time I said I was in pain and my face was swollen, and today when I went to ask the receptionist she said she would call the dentist because he would have to talk to me. Anyway, I already got in touch with my health insurance company reporting the case and I leave this report here for those who are looking for this clinic. The receptionists every time I called treated me well, I just have to talk about this dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma péssima experiência, o Dr. Rafael além de ríspido não é nada compreensivo com seus pacientes.
Após pegar um engarrafamento no trânsito e me atrasar por 15 minutos. O médico não quis me atender. Eu tive todo o trabalho de sair com 1:30h de antecedência de casa e me ausentar do meu trabalho por nada.
A bad experience, Dr. Rafael, besides being harsh, is not understanding with his patients.
