Trato com a dentista janeysa Neves periodontista tenho que fazer raspagem de seis em seis meses mudaram o telefone e nem se quer recebi o contato liguei para atendente Juliana ela disse que enviou pra todo mundo não recebi ela disse que teria horário em Janeiro agora é fevereiro pois a dentista está de férias gosto muito da janeysa mas as secretarias não começou comigo achei um descaso pois não posso ficar sem fazer este controle

I deal with the dentist janeysa Neves periodontist I have to scrape every six months they changed the phone and even if I received the contact I called the attendant Juliana she said she sent it to everyone I didn't receive it she said she would have time in January now it's February because the dentist is on vacation i like janeysa a lot but the secretariats didn’t start with me i found a disregard because i can’t go without doing this control

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, venho reclamar sobre o atendimento da clinica. Primeiro, fui levar uma radiografia para a Dra. Janeysa avaliar, estava marcada o horário de 18:00hrs, fui atendida as 18:20, a dentista solicitou que eu fizesse outro raio-x e levasse para ela na proxima consulta e iria fazer a limpeza. Fiz o raio-x e tinha consulta marcada para as 13:30, liguei as 13:32 avisando que iria atrasar. Cheguei na clinica as 13:41 exatamente, não fui atendida por que a Dra. tinha outra consulta as 14:10. Um absurdo. Eu estava pagando, se a Dra. teve o direito de atrasar 20 min, por que eu não tive a tolerancia de atrasar 11 minutos ? Já desisti de realizar meu tratamento nessa clinica, falta de compreensão com os clientes. Não indico, não recomendo.
Good afternoon, I come to complain about the clinic attendance. First, I went to take an X-ray for Dr. Janeysa to evaluate, the time was set at 6:00 pm, I was seen at 6:20 pm, the dentist asked me to do another x-ray and take it to her in the next appointment and I would do the cleaning. I did the x-ray and had an appointment for 13:30, I called 13:32 to say I would be late. I arrived at the clinic at 13:41 exactly, I was not attended because the doctor had another appointment at 14:10. Absurd. I was paying, if Dr. had the right to delay 20 min, why didn't I have the tolerance to delay 11 minutes? I have already given up doing my treatment at this clinic, lack of understanding with clients. I do not recommend, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Comecei um tratamento com a Dr. Janeysa Neves no qual fizemos a primeira parte ficando pendente fazer o restante alguns meses depois. Me pediu alguns exames no qual não foi barato, corri atrás para entregar para avaliação nas mãos dela para ela mandar a secretária me dizer que não faria e que era pra mim procurar outro profissional. Falta de profissionalismo, respeito e ética. Não recomendo a ninguém essa clínica. Não vale nem uma estrela.
Terrible. I started a treatment with Dr. Janeysa Neves in which we did the first part, pending to do the rest a few months later. She asked me for some tests, which were not cheap, I ran after them to deliver them for evaluation in her hands so she could send the secretary to tell me that she wouldn't do it and that I was supposed to look for another professional. Lack of professionalism, respect and ethics. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. It's not even a star.
