★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, as dentistas: Joice e Lívia péssimas, Lívia super arrogante e a Joice não deu nenhuma satisfação após meu tratamento, tenho mais um tratamento pra fazer vou procurar em outro lugar!!!!! Decepcionado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salva pela Doutora Amanda, apesar de nova, a mesma é bastante atenciosa e cuidadosa, na minha avaliação fui atendida por outra dentista chamada Amanda, por isso não confudam, caso queiram se consultar , solicitem ser atendida pela profissional Amanda que executa os procedimentos, e não a que faz avalição, pois está de nada me ajudou , procurei tratamento dentário pois estava com fortes dores na minha dentição superior na parte da frente, na avaliação ,ocorreu a sugestão de realizar uma faceta no meu dente da frente, restauração de 2 blocos, na verdade 3, pq um a dentista responsável pela avaliação não percebeu a necessidade do 3° bloco eu que tive que chamar atenção da mesma para tal, enfim, foi sugerido um tratamento de 1,050 reais, porém ao fazer os primeiros procedimentos, de nada resolveu o meu problema, retornei em nova consulta ainda com a mesma reclamação, foi sugerido fazer um selante, mais 300 reais, pois bem nada adiantou, já não me aguentando de dor retornei em nova consulta, foi quando surgiu a doutora Amanda na minha vida , que solicitou um raio x panorâmico, e com toda paciência do mundo, foi buscando , através de raio x , dente a dente o problema , foi quando a mesma encontrou no meu canino esquerdo cárie interna por todo o dente! Executou os primeiros procedimentos para execução de um canal, sim pq a mesma não faz o procedimento de canal, foi aí que a minha jornada na clínica em questão começou a fazer sentido. A grande pergunta que não quer calar : Pq não fizeram o raix desde do início? Fui atendida por uma dentista que fez uma restauração, qur tive que refazer pq a mesma ficou com cárie.
Unico ponto positivo são instalações que são novas, os equipamento e utilidades, área de higienização e esterilização dos materiais( que aparentemente parece estar de acordo com as normas) e claro a Doutora Amanda que busca o exercício da profissão em excelência.

He performed the first procedures for the execution of a channel, yes because it does not do the channel procedure, that's when my journey at the clinic in question started to make sense. The big question that doesn’t want to remain silent: Why didn’t you downgrade from the beginning? I was attended by a dentist who did a restoration, which I had to redo because it got cavities.
The only positive point are installations that are new, the equipment and utilities, the area of cleaning and sterilization of materials (which apparently seems to be in accordance with the standards) and of course Dr. Amanda, who seeks the exercise of the profession in excellence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção é péssimo. Despreparadas, antipáticas e ineficientes. O rapaz que dizem ser o responsável é incompetente e faz de tudo para q vc não volte. Não resolve seu problema e não está nem aí.
Péssimo. Não indico. Você fica a mercê de péssimos profissionais e não existe onde reclamar.
Eu iniciei tratamento lá por causa do excelente atendimento da Dra. Daniele. Após a saída dela, virou uma zona. Lamentável uma estrutura boa, com alguns dentistas bons, ser gerida por um incompetente que nem o nome sei porque ele é inerte a resolver os problemas. Um dos protéticos trabalha pessimamente é é desleixado, além de grosseiro.

I started treatment there because of Dr. Daniele's excellent care. After she left, it became a zone. It is unfortunate that a good structure, with some good dentists, is managed by an incompetent person who doesn't even know the name because he is inert to solve problems. One of the prosthetics works badly and is sloppy, in addition to being rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica! Quando chega para uma avaliação eles prometem mil e uma coisa, você se ilude e paga sem nem pensar duas vezes. Até pq você olha para clínica e pensa : tem uma estrutura, está no centro de uma cidade é limpa...enfim você acredita e vai na cilada. Nunca vi um dentista não saber fazer uma limpeza e uma extração ?? Sofrimento real nesse lugar. Minha mãe está presa com eles há 1 e 4 meses e depois de mais um erro de procedimento e ter mais uma vez exposto minha mãe em um procedimento por erro da equipe nós desistimos de tentar e vamos procurar ajuda profissional. Não caiam na lábia deles, estamos há mais de 1 ano. Não caiam ! É furada!!! Se quiser saber detalhes é só me perguntar. Minha família está traumatizada. Mais uma vez NÃO CAIAM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou passando por um pesadelo nesse lugar paguei desde o mês de abril a prótese de dentadura da minha mãe no" Sorria Rio de São João de Meriti" e até agora eles não fizeram, já estamos em novembro já se passaram 7 meses estou fazendo de tudo para manter minha calma, mais para mim é uma falta de respeito com a minha mãe fizeram uma prótese provisória para ela muito mal feita machuca a boca dela para mim são profissionais despreparados não sabem fazer nada direito.
NÃO INDICO ESSE LUGAR PARA NINGUÉM

I'm going through a nightmare in this place, since April I paid for my mother's denture prosthesis at "Smile Rio de São João de Meriti" and so far they haven't done it, it's already November it's been 7 months I'm doing everything to keep my calm, but for me it's a lack of respect for my mother they made a temporary prosthesis for her, very badly done, it hurts her mouth for me, they are unprepared professionals, they don't know how to do anything right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima pra mim e minha mãe. Fiz uma ponte móvel pra cima que me deixou com bruxismo e a de baixo pra 3 dentes não podia usar pq acumulava resíduos de comida e se mexia. Aí sentia dor. Voltei várias vzs para o dentista e o protético dizerem que eu não podia usar aquela móvel e teria que ser fixa. Iria gastar mais dinheiro. Agiram de má fé comigo e minha mãe. Tivemos que fazer outras próteses em menos de 1 ano. Com pessoas capacitadas. As reclamações no início não foram só minhas, mais, de várias clientes. Alguns dentistas e protéticos são despreparados. Não se brinca com o dinheiro das pessoas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção não é ruim, ruins Salt os profissionais! Parece que acabaram de sair da faculdade e estão experimentando no meu dente gastei 1500,00 e ainda tá horrível. Fiz uma reconstrução de um dente já é a 4° vez que reconstrói, fui passar fui dental uma semana depois e saiu, parece que jogam macinha de modelar, pessimo mesmo. As dr° que me atenderam são mto simpáticas, mas tem zero experiência e zero noção do que estão fazendo! Tô procurando outro dentista indignada por ter perdido 1500,00
