Todos muito simpáticos e educados, com grande empenho em me oferecer um atendimento de primeira. Dra Ana é uma excelente pessoa, eu e meus irmãos tratamos com ela e estamos muito satisfeitos.
I arrived at the office because I have an Odontoprev insurance plan, and I was delighted with the structure of the clinic. All very friendly and polite, with great commitment to offering me a first class service. Dr Ana is an excellent person, my brothers and I deal with her and we are very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi fazer um tratamento pelo convênio, chegando lá para avaliação com a Dra. Patrícia, não foi possível realizar o atendimento e remarcaram para a próxima semana. Sendo assim, minha mãe voltou ao consultório e foi atendida pela Dra. Camila, que no seu atendimento foi super demorado, atendendo outras pessoas na frente e fazendo esperar mais de 30 minutos para ser atendida (com horário marcado). No atendimento não fez absolutamente nada, alegando que o convênio pagaria inferior valor referente a resina que eles utilizam.
Fica minha indignação e insatisfação com a clínica, pois poderiam ter avisado com antecedência que não realizavam o procedimento ao invés de fazer os outros perder seu tempo e dinheiro.
Favor avisarem ao convênio que não atendem esse tipo de procedimento, entre outros.

My mother went for treatment under the health insurance, arriving there for evaluation with Dr. Patricia, it was not possible to carry out the service and they rescheduled it for the next week. Thus, my mother returned to the office and was seen by Dr. Camila, who took a long time in her service, seeing other people in front and making her wait more than 30 minutes to be seen (by appointment). In the service, he did absolutely nothing, claiming that the agreement would pay a lower amount for the resin they use.
It remains my indignation and dissatisfaction with the clinic, as they could have warned in advance that they were not performing the procedure instead of making others waste their time and money.
Please notify the health insurance company that you do not meet this type of procedure, among others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc tiver plano passe longe desse lugar, Dr Ana Carolina fez um canal no meu dente e só depois veio dizer que meu plano não cobria a peça de acrílico que segundo ela só trabalha com esse material e que eu teria que pagar a peça e em outro dente foi feito uma restauração, quando eu liguei lá disse que meu dente estava com sensibilidade a atendente Kelly disse que a Dr Ana Carolina falou que como já mexeu no dente o plano não permite mexer de novo, liguei para o plano e não tem nada disso, uma falta de profissionalismo, respeito e ética.
