★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Procurei a clínica hoje para conhecer, sanar algumas dúvidas e iniciar um tratamento. Fui lá pra dar continuidade ao meu tratamento e estava mudando de profissional. Fui atendida por uma mocinha sem experiência, que nem olhou pra minha cara só me entregou uma folha de exames, sem mesmo me perguntar ou saber o que eu queria. Dizendo que depois de traçado o plano voltaria a me ligar e só de analisado veria o que seria feito, isso pq ela viu um aparelho na minha boca e achou que era só isso que eu queria, ela deduziu. Mas gente eu nem disse o que eu queria ? De todas as perguntas que eu fiz ela não me respondeu nenhuma. Segundo ela ela era da área de prótese e não sabia me responder e não tinha ninguém pra sanar minhas duvidas. Só o responsável que pra variar não estava na clínica. Então pq me marcaram ? Se não podiam me atender direito. O pre atendimento é horrível, não me possibilita e nem me dar coragem de conhecer como era a questão do servico de vcs. Procurei vcs pq o que passam no vídeo do site e um serviço personalizado. Me senti num SUS, que o especialista nem olha pra sua cara, te entrega o papel e pede pra voltar depois. Larguei meu escritório pela manhã e só perdi meu tempo. Lamentável a forma que fui tratada.
Terrible attendance. I went to the clinic today to meet, answer some questions and start a treatment. I went there to continue my treatment and was changing professionals. I was attended by an inexperienced young woman who didn't even look at my face just handed me an exam sheet without even asking me or knowing what I wanted. Saying that after tracing the plan would call me again and just analyze would see what would be done, because she saw a device in my mouth and thought that was all I wanted, she deduced. But I didn't even say what I wanted? Of all the questions I asked she didn't answer me any. According to her she was from the prosthesis area and could not answer me and had no one to answer my questions. Only the person responsible for a change was not in the clinic. So why did they mark me? If they couldn't answer me right. The service is horrible, does not allow me or give me courage to know what was the issue of the service of you. I searched for you guys because what is happening in the video of the site and a personalized service. I felt in a SUS, that the specialist does not even look at your face, hands you the paper and asks to come back later. I left my office in the morning and just wasted my time. Unfortunate the way I was treated.
