Achei um desrespeito com o cliente, tudo bem cancelar, mas poderia encaixar no dia anterior?! Esperar mais uma semana é fazer o cliente de palhaço.
I waited a week for an appointment and on the eve of the consultation I received a call saying it was canceled and that I would have to wait another week. I found a disrespect with the client, okay cancel, but could it fit the day before ?! Waiting for another week is making the customer a clown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei com Dra Vera e fui atendida pela filha dela que não acertou fazer a placa contra bruxismo, tive que voltar pra fazer outra mas dessa vez pedi para dra Vera pq haviam me indicado ela. Entretanto, foi pior ainda. Profissional grossa, fez uma placa de silicone que piora a dor do bruxismo e que ninguém mais usa. Indo a outra profissional mais séria, vi que o desgaste dos meus dentes não se devia ao bruxismo e sim a outra questão que poderia ter sido descoberta se tivesse havido uma anamnese bem feita. Não recomendo nenhuma das duas profissionais, nem a mãe nem a filha.
I made an appointment with Dr Vera and I was assisted by her daughter who did not make the right sign against bruxism, I had to go back to make another one but this time I asked Dr Vera because they had indicated her to me. However, it was even worse. Thick professional, he made a silicone plate that worsens the pain of bruxism and that no one uses anymore. Going to another more serious professional, I saw that the wear of my teeth was not due to bruxism, but to another issue that could have been discovered if there had been a well-done anamnesis. I don't recommend either of the two professionals, neither the mother nor the daughter.
