★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! As recepcionistas uma diz que a agenda da dentista está atrasado e a outra nem pra você olha. Fui agendada às 16:20, após 25 minutos de atraso perguntei pois tinha percebido que várias pessoas tinham passado na minha frente, e a desculpa é de que estava tendo um atraso por parte da minha dentista que fazia o atendimento. MENTIRA!!!! Após mais 15 min. de espera fui perguntar a outra recepcionista e a mesma nem sequer me respondeu uma palavra. Pedir para chamar a outra atendente, sem sucesso, depois pedir para falar com o gerente para fazer meu estorno.
Não tenho o que reclamar da dentista ou do gerente, são ótimos, porém uma equipe só é completa se todos trabalham na mesma sintonia. FALTA COMPETÊNCIA, EMPATIA, RESPEITO, CARISMA, as pessoas não estão indo para uma clínica a passeio, as pessoas tem compromisso. Se os demais clientes se atrasaram, que vá para o final da fila, pois ele não pode passar na frente de quem chegou no horário certo, com antecedência inclusive que foi meu caso. Não indico a ninguém!

 Lousy service! The receptionists one says that the dentist's schedule is late and the other doesn't even look at you. I was scheduled at 16:20, after 25 minutes late I asked because I had noticed that several people had passed in front of me, and the excuse is that I was having a delay on the part of my dentist who was attending. LIE!!!! After another 15 min. I waited to ask another receptionist and she didn't even answer me a word. Ask to call the other attendant, to no avail, then ask to speak to the manager to make my chargeback.
I have nothing to complain about the dentist or the manager, they are great, but a team is only complete if everyone works in the same line. LACK OF COMPETENCE, EMPATHY, RESPECT, CHARISM, people are not going to a clinic on a walk, people are committed. If the other customers are late, go to the end of the line, as he cannot pass in front of those who arrived at the right time, even in advance that it was my case. I don't tell anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento já foi mais ágil, bem como o retorno da comunicação via zap. Porém a equipe é bastante gentil e atenciosa, todos os cuidados foram mantidos e ampliados durante o período da pandemia, profissionais muito competentes e dedicados no que fazem. Indico e recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais são bastantes acolhedores. Dangela e Antônia são super atenciosas. Estou sendo cuidada, a palavra certa é essa e não atendida, pela Dra. Dayse, desde novembro de 2020. Ela é um amor de pessoa! Vejo a cada mês a mudança para melhor nos meus dentes, e isso me motiva a não desistir do tratamento, pq usar aparelho é um saco. Obrigada a toda equipe da clínica, pela forma carinhosa de tratar os pacientes, vejo isso sempre que vou na clínica. Parabéns!
The professionals are very welcoming. Dangela and Antonia are super thoughtful. I'm being taken care of, the right word is that and not answered, by Dr. Dayse, since November 2020. She is a love person! I see my teeth change for the better every month, and this motivates me not to give up on treatment, because using braces sucks. Thank you to the entire staff at the clinic, for the kind way of treating patients, I see this whenever I go to the clinic. Congratulations!

Fiz todo o meu tratamento ortodôntico lá,e agora minha esposa e meu filho, estão fazendo também. Ambiente super tranquilo,limpo e higienizado.
E lá os profissionais não ficam postergando o tratamento,para ser altamente rentável para o consultório,se é que vcs me entendem! Super recomendo; fui vítima em um consultório anterior e posso falar dá experiência que tive.??????
