★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de compartilhar com todos a falta de organização da Clínica Orthos em Macaé. Agendei uma Consulta com o Neuro Dr. Luis da Penha. Fui informado que o atendimento era por ordem de chegada, já que o medico começa à atender às 9:00hs. Cheguei à Clinica por volta das 07:45hs para ser atendido rápido, pois como trabalho, precisava estar na Empresa às 11:00hs, e já era o Quarto da ordem de chegada. Quando já eram 09:29hs a recepcionista me perguntou se eu gostaria de voltar mais tarde para ser atendido, pois o Dr. Luis estava num outro Hospital, enfim não tinha nem chegado à clinica ainda. Ainda me disse que o Medico dava preferência aos Idosos, para depois atender às outras pessoas mais novas. Enfim, CONCORDO que os IDOSOS merecem nosso carinho e respeito, por favor não me entenda mal, porém, isso nunca foi me dito na hora da marcação da consulta. Quer dizer: "Eu no mínimo. sairia da clinica às 13:00hs, já que tinham uns 10 Idosos o aguardando". Penso que no momento da marcação da consulta, eles deveriam informar e deixar bem claro o critério de atendimento, pois conserteza se eu soubesse disso, eu não iria, ou caso fosse, teria ido, mais avisado na Empresa que iria demorar.
I would like to share with everyone the lack of organization of the Orthos Clinic in Macaé. I scheduled an appointment with Neuro Dr. Luis da Penha. I was informed that the service was on a first come, first served basis, as the doctor begins to attend at 9:00. I arrived at the Clinic around 7:45 am to be attended to quickly, because as a job, I needed to be at the Company at 11:00, and it was already the fourth of the order of arrival. When it was already 09: 29h the receptionist asked me if I would like to come back later to be attended, because Dr. Luis was in another hospital, finally had not even come to the clinic yet. He also told me that the Doctor gave preference to the Elderly, to later meet the other younger people. Anyway, I agree that the elderly deserve our affection and respect, please do not misunderstand me, but this was never told me at the time of appointment. It means: "At the very least. I would leave the clinic at 13:00, as there were about 10 Seniors waiting for you." I think that at the time of the appointment, they should inform and make clear the criteria of attendance, because surely if I knew that, I would not, or if it would have gone, more warned in the Company that it would take.

Ao tentar agendar uma consulta, a secretaria atendeu o telefone e em seguida me pediu para aguardar. Como estou precisando da consulta com certa urgência, fiquei esperando. Após 6 minutos aguardando, informou que não tinha vaga e que só haveria abertura de agenda em janeiro de 2020. Com educação, retruquei o fato de ter me feito aguardar, uma vez que não havia vaga, na mesma hora, ela desligou o telefone.
Quando a gente liga para um médico solicitando uma marcação, a atendente deveria ter um pouco mais de zelo pelo paciente. Esta deveria estar em outro lugar, não atendendo pessoas.

While trying to schedule an appointment, the secretary answered the phone and then asked me to wait. As I need the consultation with some urgency, I was waiting. After 6 minutes of waiting, she informed that there was no vacancy and that there would only be a calendar opening in January 2020. With education, I replied that she made me wait, since there was no vacancy at the same time, she hung up the phone.
When we call a doctor for an appointment, the attendant should be a little more careful about the patient. This should be somewhere else, not meeting people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So dei uma estrela pois precisa deixar comentario. Atendimento pessimo, recepcionistas mal educadas. Eu nao tenho a carteirinha em mãos, pois perdi na mudança, mas cheguei com a numeração pra apresentar na consulta. De cara fui mal atendida, informando que o sistema ams estava fora do ar. Entrei em contato pelo telefone da petrobras e a atendente disse que o sistema estava funcionando perfeitamente, mas que se ela quisesse poderia ligar pra central e eles informavam um protocolo de atendimento, mesmo assim ela se recusou, dizendo que nao poderia, mas quis pegar meu telefone pra falar com a petrobras depois que eu ja havia desligado. Não me foi ofertado esperar o sistema voltar (isso se é que estava fora do ar). Depois de uma discusao a unica que pediu pra aguardar o sistema voltar foi uma Dra que ao presenciar o estresse saiu da sala pra acalmar, mas o constrangimento era tanto que preferi nao ficar. Disseram que so iriam liberar outros pacientes pois eles ja eram antigos, mas a duvida é, e se o plano deles de um dia pro outro nao estivessem mais ativo? Elas nao iriam olhar no sistema? Liguei pra Petrobras, fiz reclamação, pois isso foi um descaso muito grande. As atendentes da clinica sao super mal educadas, e agem como estivessem fazendo um favor pra você.
Resumo, consulta marcada mais de duas semanas, perdi o dia e precisava dessa consulta. Lugar que nao volto, e nao indico.
I just gave a star because you need to leave comment. Bad service, rude receptionists. I do not have the card in hand, because I lost in the change, but I arrived with the numbering to present in the consultation. At first I was badly answered, reporting that the ams system was down. I contacted by phone from petrobras and the attendant said that the system was working perfectly, but if she wanted to could call the central and they informed a protocol of care, still she refused, saying she could not, but wanted to get my phone to talk to petrobras after i had already hung up. I was not offered to wait for the system to come back (if it was down). After a discussion the only one who asked to wait for the system to come back was a Dr. who witnessed the stress left the room to calm down, but the embarrassment was so much that I preferred not to stay. They said they would only release other patients because they were already old, but the question is, what if their plan overnight was no longer active? Wouldn't they look in the system? I called Petrobras, I made a complaint, because that was a huge neglect. The clinic attendants are super rude, and act like they're doing you a favor.
Summary, appointment more than two weeks, missed the day and needed this appointment. Place that I do not return, and I do not indicate.
