Que atendimento péssimo!!! Ninguém responde o WhatsApp, nem atendem o telefone. Minha filha tem consulta marcada pra amanhã e eu não consigo confirmar o horário. Falta de respeito viu?

Dr. Maurício um médico totalmente irresponsável! Marcaram a consulta no horário de 9 as 10 por ordem de chegada. Cheguei as 9:50 e o médico já tinha saído. Falta de respeito, um horário super restrito (1 hora) e o médico ainda não espera o paciente chegar. Se não quer ficar no consultório faça teleconsulta, use a tecnologia ao seu valor, assim não precisa atender menos de 1 hora por dia. ABSURDO!?????
Dr. Maurício a totally irresponsible doctor! They scheduled the appointment from 9 am to 10 am in order of arrival. I arrived at 9:50 and the doctor had already left. Lack of respect, a super restricted time (1 hour) and the doctor still does not wait for the patient to arrive. If you don't want to stay in the office, make a teleconsultation, use the technology at its best, so you don't need to attend for less than 1 hour a day. ABSURD!?????

Foi péssima! Fui acompanhando um parente que foi atendido pelo ortopesista Maurício Brum. Parente com problema no joelho, ele ficou brincando o tempo todo, brincadeira de mau gosto, dizendo q o joelho tava velho, que dor era assim mesmo e q todo mundo ia morrer. Não quis passar ressonância. Não falou sobre nenhum tratamento. Banalizou a dor q meu parente tava sentindo, só queria a consulta. Experiência horrível! Nunca mais! Passou uma receita bem parecida c o q ja tinha prescrito dia anterior na urgência. Para q ele pediu tanto q meu parente fosse no outro dia? Pensei eu ingenuamente q era para iniciar um tratamento. Expôs uma pessoa d risco c muita dor e ainda debochou da situação. Absurdo! Fica aqui minha indignação

Relative with knee problem, he was playing all the time, a joke in bad taste, saying that the knee was old, that the pain was like that and that everyone was going to die. I didn't want to have an MRI. He didn't talk about any treatment. It trivialized the pain my relative was feeling, I just wanted the consultation. Horrible experience! Never! Passed a very similar recipe, which I had already prescribed the day before in the emergency room. Why did he ask so much that my relative was the other day? I naively thought q was to start a treatment. He exposed a person at risk and a lot of pain and even made fun of the situation. Absurd! Here is my indignation

Fui atendida pelo médico Dr Gentil, além de ter chegado atrasado ainda passou 20 minutos na sala sem chamar paciente, acho isso uma falta de respeito, além do mais um médico antipático e arrogante, fico imaginando como será o tratamento dele pelo SUS, se bem que, independente de você ser atendido pelo SUS, Particular ou Convênio merece ser muito bem tratado pelo profissional. Decepção total por esse médico.

cheguei para uma consulta numa segunda às 12.30 - quando o horário de atendimento seria de 13 às 15 por ordem de chegada, com um determinado médico. Simplesmente no horário de atendimento TODOS os médicos fizeram uma reunião com umas pessoas externas q acredito serem representantes, começando o atendimento perto das 15 h. Mais respeito com os pacientes!!! a gente vai porque precisa, não porque tem tempo a perder. O mínimo que se espera é que essas reuniões sejam feitas fora do horário que esta marcado atendimento. Nao questiono a qualidade do médico, mas o desrespeito com TODOS que estavam esperando
I arrived for an appointment on a Monday at 12.30pm - when the opening hours would be from 1pm to 3pm by order of arrival, with a certain doctor. Simply during office hours, ALL the doctors had a meeting with some external people who I believe are representatives, starting around 3 pm. More respect for patients!!! we go because we need to, not because we have time to waste. The minimum that is expected is that these meetings are held outside the hours that are scheduled for attendance. I don't question the quality of the doctor, but the disrespect towards EVERYONE who was waiting

Fui em uma consulta e não existia água no local. Pedi p recepcionista um copo para tomar um remédio e a mesma disse q não tinha água no local. Como pelo menos 5 pessoas(funcionários), que estavam no atendimento ao público, passa o dia sem beber água???? Administração e empatia talvez resolveria o problema.
I went to an appointment and there was no water on site. I asked the receptionist for a glass to take a medicine and she said there was no water on site. How at least 5 people (employees), who were in customer service, spend the day without drinking water???? Management and empathy would perhaps solve the problem.

Atendimento horrível. Você chega e só depois de CHEGAR é informado que o médico está doente e não poderá ir para a consulta, depois para encerrar de vez informam que seu plano não tem o tal médico credenciado. Muita falta de organização e respeito com o tempo alheio. Uma experiência para nunca mais.
Horrible service. You arrive and only after ARRIVING you are informed that the doctor is sick and will not be able to go to the appointment, then, to close for good, they inform you that your plan does not have such an accredited doctor. A lot of lack of organization and respect for other people's time. An experience to never again.

bons médicos, mas a demora para ser atendida é péssima. Não adianta, todas as vezes que vou na ORTOMEDIC, preciso chegar muito antes do horário de início da consulta, porque DEMORAAAA MUUUUUITOOOOOO para a recepcionista chamar para liberar a consulta pelo plano, sempre tem muita genteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Melhoraram o atendimento por whatsapp, mas lá na hora é horrível.
good doctors, but the delay to be seen is terrible. It's no use, every time I go to ORTOMEDIC, I need to arrive long before the appointment start time, because IT TAKES SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much for the receptionist to call to release the appointment through the plan, there are always a lot of peopleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. They improved the service by whatsapp, but there at the time it is horrible.
