★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doutor Roberto Felício é um baita de um médico ,porém consultei 3 vezes na clínica e NUNCA fui atendido no horário ,todas as vezes fiquei ao menos 30 minutos esperando ser atendido....

Meu marido passou em consulta por problema na coluna foi medicado para posterior retorno em uma semana no caso as dores não passar. 7 dias depois ligou para retornar pois as dores continuava e pasmem não quiseram atende lo nem para avaliação disseram que a agenda do medico estava lotada caso fosse urgente pediram pra procurar o pronto socorro da Unimed.

My husband went to an appointment for a back problem and was medicated for a later return in a week in case the pain did not go away. 7 days later, he called to return because the pain continued and amazingly, they did not want to see him or for an evaluation, they said that the doctor's schedule was full, if it was urgent, they asked him to look for Unimed's emergency room.

Levei minha mãe, que esta com a coluna travada e esta NA CAMA, para dar continuidade na fisio, pois já fez várias sessões e acabou de autorizar mais 10. E chegando lá, não foi atendida, devido a falta de acesso ao sistema da Unimed! Uma sessão já autorizada, em andamento! Será que não poderiam realizar o atendimento no seu devido horário, até que o sistema voltasse, para passar a carteirinha? Ou passar no dia seguinte na próxima sessão? Ela chegou até lá com muita dificuldade de locomoção e com muita dor, e NÃO foi atendida!!!
Quantas vezes já fui atendida nos consultórios dos médicos que já sou paciente SEM PASSAR A CARTEIRINHA, por erro sistêmico e voltei depois para resolver, para não perder a consulta!
AGORA COM HORA MARCADA E GUIA AUTORIZADA NAO SER ATENDIDO, É UM ABSURDO E TREMENDA FALTA DE RESPEITO!

And when she got there, she was not attended, due to lack of access to the Unimed system. ! A session already authorized, in progress! Couldn't they perform the service at the right time, until the system came back, to pass the card? Or spend the next day at the next session? She arrived there with a lot of difficulty in locomotion and in a lot of pain, and she was NOT attended to!!!
How many times have I been seen in doctors' offices that I am already a patient WITHOUT PASSING THE CARD, due to a systemic error and I came back later to solve it, so as not to miss the appointment!
NOW WITH AN APPOINTMENT AND AUTHORIZED GUIDE NOT TO BE ATTENDED, IT'S AN ABSURD AND TREMENDOUS LACK OF RESPECT!
