★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma demora absurda pra responder no WhatsApp, você percebe que quem está controlando o App visualiza, mas tirar a dúvida que é bom nada, temos que ficar implorando, não sei onde esta o administrador dessa clínica que não vê estes tantos comentários negativos que são expostos no Google. Melhorar não custa nada, só precisa querer, se não quer fecha a empresa!

Você marca a consulta por telefone e chega lá ainda tem que pegar senha, sendo que essa senha são para todos os médicos da clínica, ou seja, você entra numa fila de todos para depois poder entrar na fila do seu médico, para ai sim ser atendido. Resultado: recepção lotada, e pessoas esperando de forma desnecessária. Não faz sentido nem marcar consulta. Vou para o concorrente

I booked an appointment by cell phone, the service was quick with specific explanations. I congratulate the attendants of the reception too in scheduling exams .... it worked well

Mandei msg dia 03 de setembro para marcar uma consulta via whatsapp e até agora dia 15 de setembro ainda nem visualizaram minhas mensagens, os telefones nem adianta ligar, pois ninguém atende, liguei mais de 100 vezes 100 VEZES E também não fui atendido. Só me consultei pois tive que ir pessoalmente marcar a consulta.
Os donos ou administradoras precisam olhar com mais atenção para esses fatos. Pois não tem apenas uma ou duas reclamações, mais várias e no mesmo sentido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha dois exames pra fazer. Um eu fiz logo , o outro demorou tanto, que desisti, pela idade já estava me sentindo fraca pra fazer o exame de esteira. Peguei a guia do exame e vim embora. Cheguei às 15 horas como estava agendado e saí às 17:50. Acho que esqueceram, porque fiquei só num salão aguardando.
I had two exams to do. One I did soon, the other took so long, that I gave up, because of my age I was already feeling weak to do the treadmill exam. I took the exam guide and left. I arrived at 3 pm as scheduled and left at 5:50 pm. I think they forgot, because I was just in a hall waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ótimo. Fiz meus exames bem rápidos, mama e transvaginal. O segundo remarquei umas 4 vezes e sempre tinha vaga. Atendentes são bem atenciosos. Meu plano é Unimed.
Great service. I did my exams very quickly, breast and transvaginal. The second one I rescheduled about 4 times and there was always room. Attendants are very attentive. My plan is Unimed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei duas vezes marcar dois exames dermatológicos pelo telefone duaz vezes, porém ao me atenderem me pediram para aguardar e foram atender os outros pacientes presencial e a moça me esqueceu no telefone. Desliguei o telefone e não fui atendida corretamente.
Sendo que eu adoro a clínica, já sou cliente de vocês e meu dermatologista doutor Igor Seto e dai, mas preciso que vocês resolvam melhor a questão da marcação de exames e consultas.
Para se tornarem a minha clínica preferida. ❤ Conto com a colocação de vocês para conosco clientes.
I tried twice to schedule two dermatological exams over the phone twice, but when they answered me they asked me to wait and went to see the other patients in person and the girl forgot me on the phone. I hung up the phone and was not answered properly.
