★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para marcar uma consulta só que a profissional só atende os seus pacientes,para eu conseguir uma consulta fui informado pela secretaria que eu precisava pagar pela primeira consulta o valor de 350 reais mesmo eu tendo convênio com a Unimed,aí se eu pagasse na próxima consulta eu poderia usar meu convênio da Unimed pra mim isso é um absurdo,pq me indicaram ela mais mesmo eu tendo Unimed não pude ter a consulta é um descaso com o paciente e falta de amor ao próximo,não indico e não procuro mais essa dermatologista.
I called to make an appointment only that the professional only attends to her patients, so that I could get an appointment I was informed by the secretary that I needed to pay the first consultation the amount of 350 reais even though I have an agreement with Unimed, then if I paid the next consultation I could use my Unimed agreement for me this is absurd, because she indicated me more even though I had Unimed I could not have the consultation it is a neglect with the patient and lack of love for others, I do not recommend and I do not look for this dermatologist .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei... Dr Otta é um excelente profissional. Muito atencioso, explicou tudo detalhadamente, com muita paciência e cautela. E o principal, não igual muitos médicos que faz consulta de 5 min e mal olha na tua cara. Super indico!
I loved it ... Dr Otta is an excellent professional. Very attentive, he explained everything in detail, with great patience and caution. And the main thing, not like many doctors who make a 5 min consultation and barely looks you in the face. Super recommended!
