★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem mais de hora que estou aguardando o atendimento. Fui na recepção perguntar que horas seria atendido já que nem médico tem, me disseram que ele chega a partir de 8:30. Então porque dizem que começa às 7 horas? Atendimento que nos deixa mais doentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, queria tirar apenas UMA dúvida pelo WhatsApp e nunca me responderam, precisam melhorar bastante nesse quesito tendo em vista ser uma clínica particular!
Terrible service, I just wanted to ask ONE question via WhatsApp and they never answered me, they need to improve a lot in this regard in view of being a private clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorado para marcar a consulta e cancelaram comigo duas vezes, atrasando a consulta em mais de semanas. Médicos que não tem compromisso, pois sempre desmarcam, se lixando pros pacientes. Não retornarei.

Atendimento rápido na recepção e atendentes muito educadas.
Na consulta com Dr Filipe Guerra também adorei, ele foi atencioso, conversou muito comigo, me examinou e tirou todas as minhas dúvidas e o melhor: sem pressa.
Com certeza indico o local e o Dr e voltarei sempre que preciso. Estão de parabéns
One of the only clinics in Imperatriz that you go to and don't wait all afternoon, you won me over for that.
Quick service at reception and very polite attendants.
In the consultation with Dr Filipe Guerra I also loved it, he was attentive, talked to me a lot, examined me and took all my doubts and the best: no rush.
I definitely recommend the place and the Dr and I will come back whenever I need to. They are to be congratulated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta ter médicos bons se o atendimento é lento e deficiente. Um total desrespeito a quem deseja ser bem recebido.
Mais de 1 hora para ser atendido na primeira recepção e as atendentes ainda colocam 5 pessoas na frente pra priorizar pra médico X, equipe muito despreparada.
Dois dias que passo mais de 1 hora só pra tentar a bendita consulta de retorno e nem sequer chego a ser atendido por raiva ao ver que depois de uma hora de espera as atendentes colocam outras pessoas na frente mesmo sabendo que elas estavam depois da minha vez e nem sequer eram prioritárias.
Vou fazer questão de dizer a todos o quanto a logística de atendimento da Othos deixa a desejar e falta com respeito aos clientes.
It's no use having good doctors if care is slow and deficient. A total disrespect to those who want to be well received.
More than 1 hour to be attended at the first reception and the attendants still put 5 people in front to prioritize doctor X, a very unprepared team.
Two days I spend more than 1 hour just to try the blessed return appointment and I don't even get to be attended because of anger to see that after an hour of waiting the attendants put other people in front even though they were after my turn and they weren't even a priority.
I will make a point of telling everyone how much Othos' service logistics leaves something to be desired and lacks respect for customers.
