★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando eu cheguei na recepção para ser atendido as 3 atendentes estavam conversando, me viram ali esperando e continuaram conversando por 2 minutos, de assuntos diversos. Também quando vc liga, o telefone toca umas 10 vezes para aí alguém atender. Estando no consultório vi que é pq elas ficam conversando e o telefone morre de tanto tocar. Elas precisam de treinamento de atendimento ao cliente urgente.
 When I arrived at the reception to be attended to, the 3 attendants were talking, they saw me there waiting and continued talking for 2 minutes, about different subjects. Also when you call, the phone rings about 10 times for someone to answer. Being in the office I saw that it is because they keep talking and the phone dies from ringing so much. They need urgent customer service training.
