★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha tia foi atendida pelo Dr. Cristiano CREMEB 21534, após retorno solicitando um relatório para dá seguimento nos exames a atendente (Dilma), informou que não é direito do médico da relatório aos pacientes para obter exames junto ao plano de Saúde. Atendente que informou ao telefone ser administradora da clínica.

Se você tiver a sorte de ser atendida por uma atendente que entende do funcionamento do dia, ela te avisa mais ou menos qual o horário da sua consulta, se não, pode se preparar pra mofar lá!! Hoje a que me atendeu disse pra eu ir às 9h, pra consulta com a pediatra. Cheguei 15 minutos antes, e ouvi um esperançoso "ele é o próximo", e só fui ser atendida 2h depois! Impossível manter uma criança calma por todo esse tempo! Quando chega a nossa vez de ser atendido, já estamos cansados, sem paciência... Saí com a impressão que não aproveitei bem o momento com a Dra. Juliana que, diga-se de passagem, é excelente!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para uma consulta periodica , A dra me encaminhou para outro otorrino, ao lado, para extrair cerumem, e enviou o laudo para a empresa sem observação de ter encontrado o cerumem, que poderia ser pelo uso do protetor auricular no trabalho . E a outra consulta comno outro Otorrino, fez o procedimento errado, utilizando água fria, o que me causou desorientação, depois ele autocorrigiu dizendo que era melhor a água morna, dias depois meu ouvido ja6 estava inflamado e ferido por dentro. Não recomendo, não faz nenhumn tipo de acompanhamento e não se interessa pelo pacientes, desmarquei o retorno e nem se preocuparam com o porquê .

The doctor referred me to another ENT, next door, to extract cerumem, and sent the report to the company without observation of having found the cerumem, which could be due to the use of ear protectors at work. And the other consultation with the other ENT, he did the wrong procedure, using cold water, which caused disorientation, then he self-corrected saying that the warm water was better, days later my ear was already inflamed and hurt inside. I don't recommend it, it doesn't do any kind of follow-up and is not interested in the patients, I deselected the return and they didn't even care about why.

Aqui você é tratado como um qualquer. Eu sou cliente dessa clinica a meses, faço acompanhamento com Endocrinologista Dr Cristiano que por sinal é um excelente profissional e não tenho nada a reclamar dele aqui.
Mas o processo de agendamento dessa clinica é um descaso, aqui você faz um agendamento para as 10hs e é atendido 1hs depois.
Todos os atendimento que tive nessa clinica me fizeram espera 50 minutos a 1h30 após o horário agendado.
Infelizmente só vou nessa clinica porque já comecei um acompanhamento com o medico dessa região.
Não recomendo a organização dessa clinica é nota zero.

Here you are treated like any other person. I have been a client of this clinic for months, I follow up with Endocrinologist Dr Cristiano who by the way is an excellent professional and I have nothing to complain about him here.
But the appointment process of this clinic is negligible, here you make an appointment for 10 am and you are seen 1 hour later.
All the care I had at this clinic made me wait 50 minutes to 1:30 am after the scheduled time.
Unfortunately I only go to this clinic because I have already started a follow-up with the doctor in that region.
I don't recommend the organization of this clinic is grade zero.
