★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O procedimentos o ocorreu bem, porém pra mim foi um pouco desconfortável por ser médico homem a fazer este exame rs ( histerossalpingografia ). Ele conversou comigo antes, durante e após o procedimento que foi tudo bem.. Só senti um leve incômodo como se fosse cólica menstrual, mais nada demais. Passou em seguida quando terminou o exame que saiu na hora o resultado.! Médico muito competitivo dr Leandro bouzon
 The procedure went well, but for me it was a little uncomfortable for being a male doctor doing this exam lol (hysterosalpingography). He talked to me before, during and after the procedure and everything went well. I just felt a slight discomfort as if it was menstrual cramps, nothing more. He passed then when he finished the exam that the result came out on time.! Very competitive doctor dr Leandro bouzon

Estou há 15 dias aguardando um posicionamento da clínica sobre a correção de um laudo da ressonância que, segundo o médico da propria clinica está incorreto.
O atendimento por Whatsapp é péssimo, para marcar a consulta precisei ligar depois de varias tentativas em vão pelo Whatsapp.
Terrible!!
I've been waiting for 15 days for a position from the clinic on the correction of an MRI report that, according to the doctor at the clinic itself, is incorrect.
The service by Whatsapp is terrible, to book the appointment I had to call after several unsuccessful attempts by Whatsapp.

Gostaria de parabenizar em especial o médico Dr Leandro Bouzon, que realizou meu exame de Histerossalpingografia com todo cuidado, humanização, atenção e amor, explicando passo a passo do exame, preocupado com o desconforto que o exame causa e também a assistente Ariane, que foi maravilhosa, atenciosa, humana. Super recomendo!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minho experiência ckm a clinica no primeiro momento foi ate razoavel, apesar do tempo de espera para o atendimento a conculta foi boa, o problema surgiu depois agendei o retorno com uma semana de atecedencia e dois dias antes recebo a informação que houve um erro e o nedico nao atende retorno naquele horario apor horas de discuçao explicando para eles que o erro nao foi meu e que havia me programado para essa consulta e que nos dias atuais essa pratica de tratar o retorno com descaso e um absurdo consegui ser atendida no mesmo dia porem em outro horario, os problemas nao acabaram ai vim para a consulta e quando fui buscar o resultado da reaonancia feito na clinica ponto alto imagem do mesmo grupo falha novamente o Laudo apesar de esta na data e ja ter passado do horario agendado por eles nao estava pronto e ka estou a esperar a boa vontade do medico de laudar o exame colocar no sistema para que eu en fim possa passar pelo retorno com o medico, sera que é pedir demais que as pessoas tenham mais comprometimento é se coloque no lugar do outro pos vivemos em tempos onde o tempo e algo precioso.
My experience with the clinic at first was quite reasonable, despite the waiting time for the consultation was good, the problem arose after I scheduled the return one week in advance and two days before I receive the information that there was an error and the nedico does not answer return at that time after hours of discussion explaining to them that it was not my mistake and that I had scheduled myself for this appointment and that nowadays this practice of treating the return with carelessness is absurd I managed to be attended on the same day however at another time, the problems didn't end there I came for the appointment and when I went to get the result of the reaction done at the clinic ponto alto image of the same group the report fails again despite it being on the date and having already passed the time scheduled by them it was not that's it and I'm waiting for the doctor's goodwill to report the exam to put it in the system so that I can finally go through the return with the doctor, is it too much to ask for people to have ham more commitment is to put yourself in the place of the other because we live in times where time is something precious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito insatisfeita com a falta de respeito ao paciente, o médico cancelou o meu exame por motivo de saúde, até aí tudo bem.Mas eles remarcaram para um outro dia que o médico também não pôde atender e não avisaram.
Ou seja, fiz exame de sangue na véspera e só soube do cancelamento porque entrei em contato para confirmar o procedimento.
Se não fosse a clínica CSI, eu nem teria feito o meu exame da histerossalpingografia.
Very dissatisfied with the lack of respect for the patient, the doctor canceled my exam for health reasons, so far so good.
In other words, I took a blood test the day before and I only found out about the cancellation because I got in touch to confirm the procedure.
If it wasn't for the CSI clinic, I wouldn't even have had my hysterosalpingography exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, primeiramente mandei relatório e pedido de exame e eles não se certificaram com o planserv se tinha chegado tudo certo, após eu ligar no plano pois ja tinha passado 48h, eles falaram que o relatório não abria, liguei na clinica e solicitei envio do relatório novamente, após 48h planserv liberou, fiz o exame dia 20 numa sexta eles pedem 5 dias úteis, hoje já se passaram 5 dias úteis para ser exata é dia 28/05 e eles meu laudo ainda consta indisponível . Um absurdo eu dependendo do laudo para ser liberada para trabalho. Nunca mas volto a este lugar Péssimo. E vc liga o povo fica te enrolando e o médico nd de liberar laudo.
Terrible, first I sent a report and an exam request and they didn't certify with the planserv if everything had arrived, after I called the plan because 48 hours had passed, they said the report wouldn't open, I called the clinic and asked to send the report again, after 48 hours planserv released it, I took the exam on the 20th on a Friday they ask for 5 working days, today it has been 5 working days to be exact, it's the 28/05th and they my report is still unavailable. An absurd I depending on the report to be released for work. I will never go back to this terrible place. And you call, the people keep rolling you and the doctor doesn't release the report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiz um exame pela primeira e última vez nessa clínica. Não indico a ninguém. Pelo atendimento prestado em outras clínicas, acredito que a comunicação e o respeito pelo cliente são itens essenciais no atendimento ao público. Quando agendei o exame de raio X por telefone, fui informado que seria por ordem de chegada. No dia e horário do exame, levaram meus documentos pra outro lugar e pediram pra aguardar aprovação do plano, o que levou mais de 40 minutos. Também confirmei com o plano que não houve nenhum problema que pudesse justificar tanta demora. Enquanto isso, passaram pelo menos 5 pessoas na minha frente. Ao reclamar na recepção, fui informado que os pacientes que passaram eram atendimento particular. Ou seja, se você tem plano de saúde, nessa clínica você é tratado como paciente do SUS, não que os pacientes não mereçam o respeito, muito pelo contrário. Enfim, quem procura um atendimento com respeito, nessa clínica não irão encontrar.
Terrible attendance. I had an exam for the first and last time at this clinic. I don't recommend it to anyone. Due to the service provided at other clinics, I believe that communication and respect for the customer are essential items in serving the public. When I scheduled the X-ray exam over the phone, I was told it would be on a first-come, first-served basis. On the day and time of the exam, they took my documents to another place and asked to wait for the plan to be approved, which took more than 40 minutes. I also confirmed with the plan that there was no problem that could justify such a delay. Meanwhile, at least 5 people passed in front of me. When complaining at reception, I was informed that the patients who passed were private care. In other words, if you have health insurance, in this clinic you are treated as a SUS patient, not that patients do not deserve respect, quite the opposite. Anyway, those looking for a service with respect, in this clinic will not find it.

Minha mãe de 63 anos fez um RM do Abdômen superior e uma Colangioressonancia nesta clínica "particular" e ficaram de da liberar o resultado do exame a partir das 10hs, Liguei para clinica falei como a atendente de nome Maiara que no início me entendeu, porém em seguida falou dia 14/02 é até as 23:59hs obs. Se vc compra um produto e eu falo que só pode retirar a partir das 10hs vc entende que o produto vai está disponível a partir de 10:01 encerrei a ligação chocado com a fala da mesma. Refletir um pouco e liguei novamente para clinica e pedi para falar com gerente me passar para uma pessoa chamada GIL “GERENTE” que ao atender a ligação já sabia do que se tratava e me passou até o zap da empresa para falar diretamente e iria passar mensagem médico Dr. Paulo Engracio. No zap a Gil informa que o médico está sem equipamento de informática para dar o laudo.

If you buy a product and I say that you can only pick it up after 10 am, you understand that the product will be available from 10:01 am I ended the call shocked by her speech. To reflect a little and I called the clinic again and asked to speak with the manager, pass me on to a person called GIL “MANAGER” who, upon answering the call, already knew what it was about and sent me to the company's zap to speak directly and would pass a message physician Dr. Paulo Engrácio. On zap, Gil informs that the doctor has no computer equipment to give the report.
