★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, minha experiência foi frustrante. Fui a endócrino infantil, que me atendeu muito bem e me passou exames complementares para fechar o diagnóstico do meu filho. Hoje, com o resultado em maos fui informada de que o prazo de retorno e de 15 dias e não 30, como o usual e que teria que pagar uma nova consulta. Gastei com a consulta, com os exames e ficarei sem o diagnóstico por falta de informação e orientação dos profissionais envolvidos, decepcionada!...
Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. I was an endocrine child, who treated me very well and passed me complementary tests to close my son's diagnosis. Today with the result in hand I was informed that the return period is 15 days and not 30, as usual and would have to pay a new query. I spent the consultation, with the exams and I will be without the diagnosis for lack of information and guidance of the professionals involved, disappointed! ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da competência do profissional que atendeu minha mãe lhe passando exames específicos e cotidianos, o prazo de retorno de 15 dias é muito Curto para o volume de exames solicitados. 30 dias é o prazo comum nos demais consultórios tanto particulares quanto de coparticipação.
A demanda em procura por Atendimento médico Popular se deve ao baixo custo na assistência, pagar retorno após custear tantos exames é inviável.
Sugestivo reconsiderarem o prazo de retorno para 40 dias tornando a clínica de fato popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada com a Clinica Popular do Malhado... eles divulgam o e-mail para resultados e eu já tenho três dias solicitando e não tenho nenhum retorno... já liguei várias vezes , já passei o watsap e ninguém também responde. Péssimo atendimento. PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA É CRIME.
I am disappointed with the Clinica Popular do Malhado ... they disclose the email for results and I already have three days requesting and I have no feedback ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente péssimo. Marcam com você um horário, você chega naquele horário e descobre que na verdade aquele é o horário que o médico começa a atender. Aí você descobre que tem outras pessoas marcadas para o mesmo horário. E se passa quase 1 hora e não concluíram o atendimento de nem mesmo uma única pessoa. Ou seja, você chega no horário para ser atendido possivelmente horas depois e o pior: parece que ninguém está preocupado com isso. Péssimo. A pior dinâmica de atendimento médico que já vi na vida. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma. Experiência única para NUNCA MAIS ser repetida. A única coisa que salvou foi o atendimento da recepção, muito educado e prestativo inclusive na hora de devolver o dinheiro, mas de resto, você é so mais um que é tratado como NADA.
Simply awful. They make an appointment with you, you arrive at that time and discover that, in fact, that is the time the doctor starts to see you. Then you discover that there are other people scheduled for the same time. And almost 1 hour goes by and they haven't completed the care of even a single person. In other words, you arrive on time to be attended to, possibly hours later, and the worst thing: it seems that no one is worried about it. Terrible. The worst medical care dynamic I've ever seen in my life. I don't recommend it under any circumstances. Unique experience to NEVER be repeated. The only thing that saved us was the reception, very polite and helpful even when it comes to returning the money, but otherwise, you are just another one who is treated as NOTHING.

Marco a consulta por telefone,e eles informam que a consulta é as 14:00 hrs por ordem de chegada !
Como eu moro longe ,as vezes meu filho fica cansado e elas me coloca em uma sala pra meu filho descansar um pouco.
O atendimento muito bom, recepção, enfermeiras e a médica? Essa nem se fala muito gentil ,prestativa ..só tenho a agradecer por terem pessoas no mundo como eles .
Meus parabéns e continue assim .
Lembrando que tem pessoas que querem ser atendidas antes ,pois esquecem que são por ordem de chegada e não ordem de marcação .bjs ,até novembro se Deus permitir .

The very good service, reception, nurses and the doctor? This one doesn't even speak very kind, helpful .. I just have to thank for having people in the world like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento para retorno dos resultados dos exames. Me garantiram que no mesmo dia, após 1h30, estaria pronto. Fiz a solicitação por whatsapp e ninguém me respondia, resolvi ligar, mais uma vez me garantiram o envio imediato, ninguém enviou coisa alguma. Retornei a ligar, eles disseram que o sistema estava ruim, mas não tiveram sequer a decência de ligar para informar o motivo da demora. Até hoje estou sem o resultado por conta da falha do sistema, se é que realmente é uma falha, pois todo dia é uma desculpa diferente para dizer que o sistema está ruim. Péssimo atendimento, não retornarei para fazer outros serviços! Até porque foi um serviço pago, e mesmo que não fosse, é um direito meu receber o resultado de tal exame.

I called again, they said the system was bad, but they didn't even have the decency to call to inform the reason for the delay. To this day I'm still without the result because of the system failure, if it really is a failure, because every day is a different excuse to say that the system is bad. Terrible service, will not return to do other services! Also because it was a paid service, and even if it wasn't, it is my right to receive the result of such an exam.
