O problema está na recepção!!! Ao meu ver, total falta de profissionalismo e ética.
A primeira fez que fui na clinica, foi em 2020 e infelizmente eu nao havia voltado la até então, por uma coisa chata que foi dito a mim pelas senhoras da recepção.
O mais grave, foi o que aconteceu com meu pai.
Hoje levei meu pai na clínica e assim que ele subiu para ser atendido, começaram a ironizar ele sobre uma coisa que ele havia dito a elas.
Respeito é bom e todo mundo gosta.
The doctors are amazing, I have nothing to complain about. My family and I have always been very well attended.
The problem is with the reception!!! In my view, total lack of professionalism and ethics.
The first time I went to the clinic, it was in 2020 and unfortunately I had not returned there until then, because of something annoying that was said to me by the ladies at the reception.
The most serious thing was what happened to my father.
Today I took my father to the clinic and as soon as he went upstairs to be seen, they started to make fun of him about something he had said to them.
Respect is good and everyone likes.
