★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico inexistente. Whatsapp só se não tiver urgência na resposta, com 3 dias ou mais respondem. Tem de largar tudo e ir pessoalmente marcar. Nota 0. Agora ei de parabenizar o atendimento médico realizado pela Nutróloga e pelo gastro. Super recomendo eles.
Telephone service does not exist. Whatsapp only if there is no urgency in the response, with 3 days or more respond. You have to drop everything and go personally to book. Note 0. Now I would like to congratulate the medical care provided by the Nutrologist and the gastro. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. O aparelho de Holter colocado na minha mãe, não durou 07 hs e a pilha descarregou. Na rua( onde se espera) a minha mãe presenciou duas trocas de aparelho. Velho.
Não recomendo.
Terrible. The Holter device placed in my mother, did not last 07 hours and the battery ran out. On the street (where expected) my mother witnessed two exchanges of equipment. Old.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma ultrassonografia, gostei do atendimento, demora um pouco mais vale a pena. O médico que faz a ultrassonografia morfológica é super atencioso e paciente, teve paciência em descobrir o sexo da minha filha. Ambiente super limpo e agradável.
I went to do an ultrasound, I liked the service, it takes a little more worth. The doctor who does the morphological ultrasound is very attentive and patient, had patience in finding out my daughter's sex. Super clean and nice environment.

Péssimo!
It's no use scheduling an appointment, choosing a time and being attended more than 2 hours after the established time, that's with the priority password!
Terrible!

Scheduled a prostate US exam, confirmed the day before, but doctor, Dr. Tales doesn't show up and is rescheduled for after nearly twenty days. Disrespect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, demora pra fazer uma ultrassom de 5 horas e 30 minutos, entregas de exame super demoradas ainda tem uns horários determinados pra pegar resultado do exame, uma demora pra conseguir pegar e ainda não enviam por whatsapp ou email pra pelo menos facilitar nossa vida já que tudo lá é extremamente demorado.
Bad place, it takes 5 hours and 30 minutes to do an ultrasound, super long exam deliveries still have certain times to get the exam result, a delay to get it and they still don't send it by whatsapp or email to at least make our life easier since everything there is extremely time consuming.
