★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me surpreendi com o meu primeiro atendimento, fui muito bem atendida, por todos, desde a recepção, enfermeiras exames, e médico. Fui tratada como humanidade, em nenhum momento, senti arrogância dos trabalhadores da clínica, o q é muito comum em clínicas médicas. Demorou um pouco, mas saí de lá com exames realizados. Super recomendo.
 I was surprised with my first service, I was very well attended, by everyone, from the reception, nurses, exams, and doctor. I was treated like humanity, at no time did I feel arrogance from the clinic workers, which is very common in medical clinics. It took a while, but I got out of there with tests done. I highly recommend.

Cheguei hj no horário marcado, 30 min se passaram do meu horário, perguntei às recepcionistas se eu seria a próxima paciente, disseram que sim. Nisso chegam dos homens dizendo que haviam ligado e que poderiam ir que o Dr Paulo encaixaria eles pelo horário das 11h30 (o meu horário agendado a duas semanas) e que já estava atrasado! Eles chegaram meio dia e pouco. Pacientes saem do consultório e o Dr. Paulo chama estes dois homens. Pergunto novamente a recepcionista, você não disse que eu seria a próxima paciente? Ela responde "é seria, mas o doutor chamou eles primeiro" e sem me dar nenhuma explicação pega o telefone na mão e me ignora! Total falta de respeito das recepcionistas e médico!
I didn't even get service. I made an appointment two weeks ago. I arrived today at the appointed time, 30 minutes passed my time, I asked the receptionists if I would be the next patient, they said yes. Then came the men saying that they had called and that they could go and that Dr Paulo would fit them in at 11:30 am (my scheduled time two weeks ago) and that he was already late! They arrived at noon. Patients leave the office and Dr. Paul calls these two men. I ask the receptionist again, didn't you say I would be the next patient? She responds "yes, but the doctor called them first" and without giving me any explanation, she takes the phone in her hand and ignores me! Total lack of respect from receptionists and doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente clínica!! Literalmente, uma clínica pra levar no coração. Dr Paulo é muito mais que um médico, as enfermeiras e pessoal que trabalha lá são pessoas maravilhosas e atenciosas. Saio de lá me sentindo super satisfeita e acolhida. Clínica moderna e eficiente sem deixar o tratamento humano de lado. Super indico.
Excellent clinic!! Literally, a clinic to take in the heart. Dr Paulo is much more than a doctor, the nurses and staff who work there are wonderful and caring people. I left there feeling super satisfied and welcomed. Modern and efficient clinic without leaving human treatment aside. I highly recommend.
