★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso. "Profissionais" chegam tarde, não avisam se vão faltar ou algo do tipo e sempre deixam passar além da conta de atendimentos por horário. Muitas vezes tive gastos com viagens perdidas após vir cedo de outra cidade e ser informado que não viria a pessoa que iria nos atender. Isso cmg chegando às 7 e fui avisado às 11. Sem falar das vezes na qual chegaram às 11 e poucas (perto do horário de almoço), atendeu duas pessoas e parou. Tive que esperar até voltarem ao atendimento pela tarde. Neste dia cheguei de 7 da manhã e fui embora no final da tarde. Pior experiência em um dentista que já tive, principalmente por acontecer várias vezes.
 Total neglect. "Professionals" arrive late, don't let them know if they're going to miss or anything, and always let them go beyond the hourly attendance bill. Many times I had lost travel expenses after coming early from another city and being told that the person who would meet us would not come. That came at 7, and I was warned at 11. Not to mention the times they arrived at 11:00 (near lunchtime), they met two people and stopped. I had to wait until they returned to the service in the afternoon. This day I arrived from 7 am and left in the late afternoon. Worst experience at a dentist I have ever had, mainly because it happens several times.
