★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao muito boa , a profissional e excepcional mas a clínica deixou a desejar fiz 12 sessões de psicologia na minha filha de 7 anos e daria sequência no tratamento ,mas devido ao plano médico não liberar a guia de atendimento ficaria um dia sem estar indo a sessão.Mas porém liguei e falei com a secretaria explicando o caso e a mesma me informou que assim que a guia fosse liberada era pra ligar para retomar o atendimento , mas não foi bem isso que aconteceu simplesmente me informaram que deveria deixar meu nome e telefone de contato para qualquer desistência entrariam em contato para dar continuidade ao tratamento , mas e o atendimento já iniciado ? Então não ha ética profissional envolvida e sim números. ...

Tive uma experiência pavorosa com uma das profissionais, totalmente antiética, que até onde me falaram, teve apoio da proprietária na questão.
Profissional sem empatia, se acha no direito de emitir opinião profissional sobre pessoa que nunca viu na vida, pessoa que se mete no tratamento de outro paciente, enfim, não sabe o que é ética.
Quanto a clinica, é bizarra. Se tem um feriado na terça feira, não atendem os pacientes da segunda.
E se você quiser fazer uma reclamação de alguém, boa sorte, porque eles não passam o nome e o número do CRP do tal profissional.

I had a dreadful experience with one of the professionals, who was totally unethical, who, as far as I was told, had support from the owner in the matter.
Professional without empathy, he thinks he has the right to issue a professional opinion about a person he has never seen in his life, a person who gets involved in the treatment of another patient, in short, he does not know what ethics is.
As for the clinic, it's bizarre. If you have a holiday on Tuesday, they don't see patients on Monday.
And if you want to file a complaint with someone, good luck, because they don't give out the name and CRP number of that professional.
