★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consegui marcar a core biópsia por Whatsapp e nem pelo telefone. Moro em Macaé, trabalho o dia todo e não tenho como ir presencialmente marcar o exame. Enviei a guia de pedido e exames anteriores.
I couldn't schedule the core biopsy through Whatsapp or over the phone. I live in Macaé, work all day and I can't go in person to schedule the exam. I sent the ordering guide and previous exams.

They should be more sensitive in delivering test results when urgent. Not even the Contact Us link on the website works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha um exame marcado para as 13:40, acabei de sair as 15:40 sem ser atendida. Absurdo fazer um paciente esperar assim, fui remarcar e só consegui segui para dia 18.
I had an exam scheduled for 1:40 pm, I just left at 3:40 pm without being seen. Absurd to make a patient wait like this, I went to reschedule and only managed to go on to the 18th.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcou meu exame, esperei dias e no momento de realizar o exame fui informado que nele o exame não era feito, seguido de um simples e burocrático pedido de "pedimos desculpas.". Um absurdo de descaso com quem procura por exame. Nunca mais volto lá. Erros acontecem, desrespeito é inadmissivel.
He scheduled my exam, I waited days and when I took the exam I was informed that the exam was not done, followed by a simple and bureaucratic request of "we apologize.". An absurd disregard for those looking for an exam. I'm never going back there. Mistakes happen, disrespect is unacceptable.

TERRIBLE! A Clinic WITH BEAUTIFUL ADVERTISEMENTS....BUT WITH ONLY 2 WHEELCHAIRS (already occupied). I WAITED A LONG TIME WITH THE SPECIAL PATIENT IN THE CAR. MUST PROVIDE MORE CHAIRS!!!! NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
