★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É QUASE IMPOSSÍVEL CONSEGUIR CONTATO COM A CLÍNICA. ATUALMENTE O PLANO HAPVIDA SÓ DISPÕE DESSA CLINICA NA ÁREA MÉDICA QUE PRECISO EM JOÃO PESSOA. ESTOU A 3 SEMANAS TENTANDO MARCAR CONSULTA DE TODAS AS MANEIRAS.É UMA SITUAÇÃO VEXATÓRIA, GRAVE E IRRESPOSÁVEL COM OS PACIENTES.
IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET CONTACT WITH THE CLINIC. CURRENTLY THE HAPVIDA PLAN ONLY HAS THIS CLINIC IN THE MEDICAL AREA I NEED IN JOÃO PESSOA. I'M AT 3 WEEKS TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN ALL WAYS. IT'S A VEXATORY, SERIOUS AND UNREPLACABLE SITUATION WITH PATIENTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica já foi boa, mas a parte administrativa ficou bem desorganizada de uns tempos pra cá. O telefone não funciona, não respondem o whatsapp e desmarcam a consulta sem avisar. O Dr. Maxwell e a Dra. Niedja são muito bons, mas não recomendo a consulta com a outra médica, pois foi a pior consulta que fiz na vida e fiquei sabendo que ela também foi muito grossa com outros pacientes. Se puderem, fujam dela.
The clinic was good, but the administrative part has been very disorganized for some time now. The phone doesn't work, they don't answer whatsapp and they cancel the appointment without warning. Dr. Maxwell and Dr. Niedja are very good, but I do not recommend the appointment with the other doctor, as it was the worst appointment I had ever had and I learned that she was also very rude to other patients. If you can, run away from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica diz atender pelo Hapvida, no entanto só tem consulta para 2 meses a frente, agora particular tem na mesma semana, isso é que dar pagar plano de saúde no Brasil.
The clinic says it works through Hapvida, however, it only has an appointment for 2 months ahead, now it's private in the same week, that's what it means to pay for health insurance in Brazil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou atendido, juntamente com meu filho, há pouco mais de dois anos nesta clínica, e NUNCA tive nenhum tipo de problema, seja em relação ao profissional médico, seja no que tange à recepção. Às vezes demoram um pouco a atender o telefone para marcação de consulta, mas quem presta atenção à rotina da recepção, quando está lá, percebe o motivo: muito trabalho para as atendentes, em certos dias.
De toda forma, não tenho do que reclamar, somos muito bem acolhidos e atendidos em todos os aspectos. Não consigo entender o motivo de tantas reclamações aqui neste espaço.
I have been cared for, along with my son, for a little over two years in this clinic, and I NEVER had any type of problem, either in relation to the medical professional or in terms of reception. Sometimes it takes them a while to answer the phone to make an appointment, but those who pay attention to the reception routine, when they're there, can see the reason: a lot of work for the attendants on certain days.
Anyway, I have nothing to complain about, we are very well received and attended to in all aspects. I can't understand the reason for so many complaints here in this space.
