★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos e atendimento excelente! Só não dei 5 estrelas, pq primeiro a parte de callcenter ainda precisa ser melhorada, segundo, a ultrassonografia obstetríca demora muito pra ficar pronto, sendo que a maior das clínicas entregam o resultado na hora!
Doctors and excellent service! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, because first the callcenter part still needs to be improved, second, the obstetric ultrasound takes a long time to be ready, and most clinics deliver the result on time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou ligando desde o dia 17 de março e entra uma musiquinha chata e ninguém fala nada, estou tentando desmarcar o exame pro dia 24 agora e nada . Depois não me venham dizer que a culpa é minha.

Em 25 de fevereiro fui consultado pelo ortopedista, com consulta particular, o mesmo pediu 2 (duas) ressonâncias magnéticas alegando que só poderia dar um diagnóstico com os exames, sendo que estes exames são extremamente caros, só consegui fazer no dia 24 de março pelo SUS, aguardei o resultado das ressonâncias e marquei o retorno para 30 de abril, que foi remarcado pela clínica para hj, 13 de maio. Alegando que já havia transcorrido dois meses, eu teria que pagar nova consulta.
