★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje ,27 de janeiro de 2020,estive na clínica e o atendimento foi dos piores possível.Respeito ao cliente idoso zero, recepção sem qualificação para atendimento e esclarecimento.Procurei a coordenadora da recepção sem atitude.Precisei retirar minha mãe da clínica por falta de diálogo entre a médica e a recepção.
Today, January 27, 2020, I was at the clinic and the service was the worst possible. Respect for the elderly client zero, reception without qualification for care and clarification. I sought the reception coordinator without attitude. I had to remove my mother from the clinic for lack of dialogue between the doctor and the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!! Super chateada com essa clínica. Não existe ordem para pacientes preferenciais. Descaso total na marcação de retorno. Viajei 37km para um retorno e quando cheguei na clínica o médico não estava. Ou seja, não ligaram para remarcar. Resumindo: Pagamos caro para fugir do descaso da saúde pública, onde a rede particular na maioria das vezes é igual.
Terrible !! Super upset with this clinic. There is no order for preferred patients. Total neglect in return marking. I traveled 37km for a return and when I arrived at the clinic the doctor was not. That is, they did not call to redial. Bottom line: We pay dearly to escape the neglect of public health, where the private network is often the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade no atendimento. Tinha uma consulta marcada para 10h e só fui atendida 12h. Todos os números possuem problema: vão direto para a caixa postal ou simplesmente ninguém atende.
Poor quality of service. I had an appointment for 10am and I was only answered at 12pm. All numbers have a problem: they go straight to voicemail or simply no one answers.
