Possui bom número de médicos conveniados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única coisa que presta são os seguranças e alguns médicos, as mulheres da recepção tudo sem máscara. Em plena pandemia, covid e gripe matando, elas sendo negligentes com a saúde da gente. Fora que é uma demora.
The only thing that helps are the security guards and some doctors, the women at the reception, all without a mask. In full pandemic, covid and flu killing, they are negligent with our health. Besides, it's a delay.

Uma empresa deste porte não atualiza informações pertinentes ainda mais que não atende os teles para informar precisamente o usuário do sistema!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem, os canais de contato informam abertura para autorizações as 7hrsAM e abrem somente as 7:30AM está igual ou pior que o SUS.
They don't answer, the contact channels report opening for authorizations at 7:00 am and they open only at 7:30 am it is the same or worse than the SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por telefone é péssimo, a ligação sempre cai. Por WhatsApp é pior ainda, ngm responde. Muitos medicos que aparecem como credenciados mas não são mais. Não recomendo
The phone service is terrible, the call always drops. By WhatsApp it's even worse, nobody responds. Many doctors who appear as accredited but are no longer. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora absurda....Super Lotação (mais chieo que no pronto atendimento deles) por ser um local com atendimento AGENDADO esta extremamente despreparados ...Consulta agendada com antecedência e ficar mais de 1 hora e meia aguardando é inadmissível ainda mais sendo gestante !
Marca muita gente no mesmo horário fica varias pessoas EM PÉ AGUARDANDO...
It takes an absurd amount of time....Super Crowding (more crowded than in their emergency service) for being a place with SCHEDULED service, it is extremely unprepared...A scheduled appointment in advance and waiting more than 1 and a half hour is unacceptable, even more being pregnant!
Tag a lot of people at the same time, there are several people STANDING WAITING...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda a experiência de atendimento na samp é extremamente cansativa, desde o agendamento até o atendimento médico. Pra começar, o app só serve pra dar bug, não se consegue fazer nada por lá. WhatsApp não tem resposta, por telefone é pior ainda... Várias vezes tive que ir até a clínica apenas para realizar o agendamento.
Chegando lá, se você se atrasa alguns minutos, perde o agendamento, mas se o médico se atrasa, é você que fica lá 4 horas aguardando, como se ele estivesse te fazendo um favor em atender.
The entire care experience at samp is extremely tiring, from scheduling to medical care. For starters, the app only serves to give bugs, you can't do anything there. WhatsApp has no answer, by phone it's even worse... Several times I had to go to the clinic just to make an appointment.
When you get there, if you are a few minutes late, you miss the appointment, but if the doctor is late, you are the one who waits there for 4 hours, as if he was doing you a favor by attending.
