★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento. O médico faltou no dia da minha consulta, cheguei embaixo de chuva e atendente sequer queria me deixar entrar, porque "não havia consultas marcadas para aquele dia". Tive que insistir pra ela me deixar sair da chuva, abrir a agenda e descobrir que a minha hora estava marcada sim, mas a incompetente nem se deu ao trabalho de checar quando soube que o médico não viria. Nem um pedido de desculpa escutei. PÉSSIMO
Terrible attendance. The doctor was absent on the day of my appointment, I arrived under the rain and the attendant didn't even want to let me in, because "there were no appointments scheduled for that day". I had to insist that she let me out of the rain, open the diary and find out that my time was set, but the incompetent didn't even bother to check when she heard the doctor wasn't coming. I didn't even hear an apology. TERRIBLE
