★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Total desrespeito com o paciente! Marquei minha consulta e só tinha vaga para 10 dias depois, no dia a médica faltou pq havia faltado para viajar de acordo com a recepcionista. Zero empatia, estava esperando tanto pela consulta para a médica fazer isso, achar que só porque é médica pode faltar ao trabalho quando bem entender para viajar enquanto os pacientes estão sofrendo com problemas sérios!
Horrible! Total disrespect with the patient! I checked my appointment and only had a vacancy for 10 days later, the day the doctor was missing because she had failed to travel according to the receptionist. Zero empathy, I was waiting so long for the doctor's appointment to do this, to think that just because you are a doctor you may miss work when you want to travel while patients are suffering from serious problems!

Fui sugerir na supervisão que fosse horário marcado, porém a funcionária fez pouco caso. Saiu de mansinho e mandou um rapaz fechar a sala com chave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O neuro é um péssimo profissional. Me atendeu com descaso e olhando pro celular conversando no ZAP. Passou um exame que depois, indo a outro profissional, descobri q não era necessário. Não passou remédio e qdo perguntei " ué , vou ficar com dor?" Ele disse " vai, até o resultado do exame". Sai de lá e fui pra um neuro particular q resolveu meu problema e hoje estou bem , mas não graças a ele e mto menos ao "plano" da sancor q n serviu de nada
The neuro is a terrible professional. He answered me negligently and looking at his cell phone talking at ZAP. He passed an exam that later, going to another professional, I discovered that it was not necessary. There was no medicine and when I asked "hey, am I going to be in pain?" He said "go, until the exam results". I left there and went to a private neuro who solved my problem and today I am fine, but not thanks to him and much less to the "plan" of the sanction which served no purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontualidade zero, marcam a consulta de 08 as 10 e nem sinal do médico, quando é na parte da tarde, a mesma coisa. Demora tanto quanto uma Clínica da Família.
Zero punctuality, they make an appointment from 8 am to 10 am and there is no sign of the doctor, when it is in the afternoon, the same thing. It takes as long as a Family Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima levei minha mãe n doutor lucas cardiologista ele foi grosso com ela por ela disse que o remédio estava fazendo mal,pediu pra ele trocar so faltou botar minha mãe pra fora do consultório ainda disse que ela estava com poblemas de junta ....e outras coisas muito ignorante nunca mais volto....
My experience was terrible I took my mother n doctor Lucas, a cardiologist he was rude to her because she said that the medicine was bad, she asked him to change it, but he just needed to get my mother out of the office. ..and other things very ignorant I'll never come back....

Hoje, minha mãe foi até lá e disseram que a consulta estava marcada na data em que ela marcou pela primeira vez. Minha mãe pediu para falar com a gerente, que foi grossa. Aumentou o tom.
Funcionários mal treinados, desorganizados e sem um mínimo de vocação para lidar com pessoas!
Worst clinic. My mom made an appointment for a neuro for Friday, she called to confirm and they said the appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. Today my mom went there and they said the appointment was on the date she first booked. My mother asked to speak to the manager, who was rude. He raised the tone.
Employees poorly trained, disorganized and without the slightest vocation to deal with people!
